Enjoy exclusive privacy in this typical Provençal villa facing south with magnificent views, set in its own 3,000m² olive grove with over 50 terraced olive trees. This cozy home offers two large bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a small bedroom and second bathroom on the ground floor. The spacious 40m² main room is very welcoming. You will also enjoy two large terraces with splendid views of the Var countryside and a heated swimming pool surrounded by greenery.
Located just one kilometer from the hilltop village of Claviers, accessible via a semi-pedestrian path, this villa is ideally situated between the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea, the Gorges du Verdon, and Lake Saint Cassien, making it the perfect base from which to discover or rediscover the region. It is surrounded by estates where you can taste the best wines and olive oils of Provence. You will have quick and easy access to all the most beautiful places in Provence while enjoying the peace and charm of a Provençal villa.
