This is a cosy accommodation and will be perfect for a vacation with family or friends!
Sleeping 6 people, it has three bedrooms with two single beds and two double beds, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a clean shower room and a cozy living room with a TV and dining area, where you can enjoy your meals or relax after an intense day.
All bedding is new.
Free public parking is available next to the church adjacent to the apartment.

A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip.

The accommodation is ideally located 7 minutes walk from the beach of Arcachon and 11 minutes drive from the beach of Pointe de l'Aiguillon.
The Spot KiteSurf Les Arbousiers is a 6 minute drive for kitesurfing fans and the Cercle de la Voile d'Arcachon is 11 minutes away for sailing enthusiasts.

The city center is a 5 minute drive away, where you will find the Arcachon Casino, the Winter City District and the Sainte Cécile Observatory.
For your daily shopping, you will find a "MONOPRIX", a "E.Leclerc" and the market of Arcachon, respectively at 2, 5 and 6 minutes by car.

You will also be able to enjoy the richness of the region and understand why the Arcachon basin is so coveted: walks, water sports, boat rides...

## Emplacement
Arcachon is a town in the southwest of France located in the Gironde. It is here the opportunity to enjoy activities in the middle of nature through numerous hiking trails, bicycle paths and water sports. You can spend a day sunbathing on the beach, strolling along the harbor or taking a boat to Bird Island. The Winter City is a district where you can discover an eccentric and original architecture between mosaics, gothic manors and exotic gardens. You can also discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama on the Bay of Arcachon, the forest and the lighthouse of Cap Ferret. It is a city full of charm that perfectly combines a famous seaside resort and a typical small town with its smell of pine and sea salt.
