Felt like home!

The house was clean, comfortable and well planned. Simple casual decor made it easy for everyone to like. Wish they provided extra linens for the long period of time we were going to be there but not a big deal since the house has a washer and dryer. Overall we loved the place and would recommend to friends and family.

Safe, clean, spacious

This is a beautiful property. It was clean and we felt safe during our stay. We loved the facilities and they were always accesible. The owner needs to invest on furniture for the rooftop and new beach chairs/umbrella. We did run out if water on the last day. We would go back to stay in this location.

Im gratefull for this stay

We stayed a bit short of 2 weeks in this property. We are looking forward to coming back next year again! La Paz is beyond anything I could of imagine, but this property and their Managers made our stay 100% more enjoyable. Wpeth every penny!

Lovely month-long stay with our family of 5

We stayed for 4 weeks in this condo and had a wonderful experience! We had a rental car the whole time, and the location was conveniently a 5-10 minute drive to the heart of the Malecón and a 10 minute drive to the closest beach with easy access to more beaches 15-30 minutes away. We even walked to the Malecón a couple of times, but it’s about 1.5 miles down a big hill with inconsistent sidewalks, so it made for a more challenging walk back. The Torres Cantera complex is great - we made lots of use of the beautiful main pool, long enough for swimming laps (not heated, but still doable), the small gym, and the game room. The kids loved playing on the small play structure and in the kiddie pool. Alondra was responsive to all of our questions and helped with a quick fix when we had an issue with the water pump. We would absolutely stay here again on any future visit to La Paz!

Safe and private

The house is in a gated community on a hill north of town. We felt very safe and comfortable in the area. The house it self was as pictured with plenty of space and most of the things you could need. The beds where comfortable. The house was loud. Any noise in the great room down stairs reverberates in the bedrooms up stairs. To the point where it was hard to sleep if someone was doing things downstairs. We where there in February and the house was quite cool. There is no heat only air conditioning so pack a sweater and slippers if you go in the winter. Also the common areas are not really useable. The pool is not heated and the “game room, cinema and exercise rooms are kept locked at all times. You will have to track down a security guard to get things unlocked provided you can find someone and your Spanish is good enough to comunicare your request. The one day we where able to get the bbq set up with propane and get the movie room unlocked we made dinner and walked the food back to our place. When we returned to watch a movie not 15min later everything was locked up tight and no one was to be found anywhere:( So don’t choose this property over another based on the common areas as we did because they are really not available to renters. The roof top deck was lovely with both sunset and sunrise views.

Clean, SAFE, conveniently located, spacious...everything that you need! The property manager was available and assisted us on two separate occasions. Will definitely re-book!

Great rental for our needs

This is a new and modern home with beautiful wood doors and furnishings. There were lots of dishes, beach chairs and umbrellas, pool towels, soap, shampoo, and a water cooler. No spices like salt and pepper for cooking. We stayed for two nights to explore the beaches around La Paz and this home worked out perfectly for our needs. Would be nice to have furniture on the roof to enjoy the view since the property is up on a high hill. You could technically use the travel chairs for this purpose but they are not as comfortable. The community pool was beautiful, however, not heated. It was very chilly in the pool during our stay so we could not enjoy it. The home is in a nice and secure neighborhood with easy access to the Malecon. Check in and check out was easy.

La casa es muy buena opción para una estancia larga, el fraccionamiento es nuevo y seguro, aún se encuentran algunas casas en construcción y esto provoca algo de ruido fuera de esto todo muy bien, regresaremos sin duda.
