3 Bedroom Cottage with a short walk to the Beach

These individual cottages come with all the conveniences of home including a full kitchen plus a washer and dryer in every unit. Summer Cottages are raised beach homes, with parking underneath for your convenience. Only a short distance to the white sandy beaches and Blue Atlantic or you could just relax by your choice of pools and enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds. Wi-Fi, is a real plus.
Just a block and a half off the Ocean sits an intimate community of free standing, individual cottages, Summer Cottages offer beach lovers their own private home at the beach. This 3 bedroom free standing home has cable television in 2 bedrooms and the living room, wireless internet, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, private porch and covered parking. The home has a King, 2 Fulls and 2 Twins.
Enjoy an outdoor pool and serenity of the Summer Cottages. We rent to families and groups age 25 and older. Internet access

Our stay at Cottage 5

The cottage is in a good location. Close to the beach quiet area. The house really needs the carpet replaced. Our A/C went out mid week,but was fixed in a few hours Pillows need to be updated. Master bedroom bed needs to be tightened or worked on. Everytime you went to lay on it, sounded like it was gonna fall apart. All and all the house was nice just really needs some updates. The pools really need to be cleaned better also.

cleanliness

the carpet is in badly need of cleaning. the pots and pans should be replaced as they are all scratched had to buy some when I was there. The real estate fixed some of the minor problems that guests of the resort had damaged.
