Amazing sunrise view! Good condo unit. Pools were also great for 2 young girls. I really wish they had bathrooms on the pool level. Another guest said they had some on floor 2 but that was not known to everyone. Was also nice to have laundry in unit. We enjoyed our stay!

Weekend getaway

We really enjoyed the location of this property and the property itself. The pictures show exactly what we got at the property. We enjoyed being able to use the hot tubs in/outside as well as the pools.Julie was very thorough and pleasant to message.

Phenomenal Sunrise and Sunsets

Beautiful oceanfront, 21st floor condo. Quiet (top floor) unit. Nice furnishings and everything you need for your stay. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing. Nice 1 mile walk on ocean boardwalk to where restaurants and Farris wheel are.

Perfect location on the beach!

This condo is within walking distance of the boardwalk, ice cream shops, restaurants and the beach is right outside. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and of course the wonderful balcony. We loved being on the top floor! We would love to stay here again!

Great place to stay

The process was super easy. As soon as we arrived to our room we knew we were going to love it. The room was very clean and comfortable. Communication was great whenever we had an issue the host would get back to us right away and resolve any issues we had.

Labor Day getaway

Property was not quite what we expected. The Condo Unit itself was clean, but the property itself is a little dated. The pool area was extremely nice and appeared to had been remodeled on the outside. No towels are provided for the beach or pool. No extra blankets provided when relaxing in condo. Coffee maker was not working, some of the pans appeared to be old, no baking sheet available to reheat leftovers. Bedrooms are a little dark with lighting only available from lamps next to beds with a lightbulb out on one of the lamps. Bathroom light was flickering which we used as our nightlight as we had a young one. Main TV is a pain for scrolling through and knowing which channels were on which number. Description says Boardwalk is a 2 minute walk, but it was 1 mile to the Skywheel. There are stores close by but not much in terms of restaurants. Big Fish which was management company had detailed instructions for the stay. Did not reach out with issues as I was with family on vacation and didn’t want to go back and forth with anything. Positives: plenty of parking, steps from the beach, nice pools and pool deck. Kids pools also available. Elevators were quick considering being on top floor. Didn’t realize there wasn’t a front lobby and not much area to drop off / pick up luggage. Area at night seemed a little rough for family environment

The property's location was absolutely ideal. I could easily walk to all the attractions and amenities. The view was simply stunning. Julie was incredibly responsive to my questions and concerns, always offering helpful solutions. Overall, I had an amazing vacation here and would definitely return.

Summer fun

The property was clean and well maintained. The location was ideal for our family. The beach was steps away and the boardwalk was 5 minutes walk. The only was problem was that one of the three elevators wasn’t working during our stay which caused delays every time while going up and down. But, overall we enjoyed our stay.

DECENT PLACE - UNTIL THE ROACHES APPEAR!!!

THIS PLACE HAS ROACHES AND IS FULLY AWARE THAT THEY HAVE ROACHES! When I reached out to the rental company they offered to come “spray for pets/insects” the damage was already done, my family and I were already disgusted and didn’t want to be inconvenienced on vacation with exterminators. There were a few minor issues, like paper/trash left right outside of the entry of the condo which put me on alarm bc there are reviews regarding the cleanliness of the property. There was also a few crumbs left behind in the living room, as well as food left in the sink stopper, all little things, but, definitely could’ve been avoided. A few nicks and scrapes here and there, but overall the condo is in decent condition. There could be more necessities included that give this place the little nudge to put it over the top! Like more than one roll of paper towels, more than 2 garbage bags, coffee, creamer, condiments, foil, ample about of dish shop, garbage bags,There was only ONE additional garbage bag, for a 30 liter garbage can. The dish detergent was nearly empty. No hand soap in the master bedroom. I read reviews regarding the mattress in the master bedroom. I over looked it bc ppl have different preferences, BUT they were not kidding! The mattress is SO bad! You can almost feel the springs! Basic necessities like a decent broom, one without a broken metal handle prone to cutting someone’s hand. A mop would’ve been nice. A decent full pot/pan set, would’ve gone a long way!

Close to beach

Property itself could use some TLC, neighborhood was a bit run down. The condo was nice but a few things on maintenance that could have been taken care of a little better but nothing major. Host was very responsive. Overall a nice property and definitely great on the aspect of it being steps from the beach with the ocean front pools.

I've been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area since I was a little girl. I grew up in rural North Carolina, visiting Myrtle Beach on our family vacations and loved every second. Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes. When we get a few days to ourselves, we head down to Myrtle Beach to relax and enjoy.
