Get away from it all at IceBerg Farms. We are located less than a 5 minute drive to Harvey Gap Reservoir and the White River National Forest. You can be on I-70 in less than 10 minutes for quick access to the Roaring Fork Valley, Vail Valley or Grand Junction areas.

We had a wonderful time! The place was so clean and in such a beautiful location. One of the most thoughtful places we've stayed in- they left us so many snacks, fresh fruit, creamer and coffee. They even included a precious little toy for our kids! We had a great time and the hosts were so communicate when we had a technological issue on our end. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

A lovely quiet getaway, still close enough to all the action! A comfortable one bedroom apartment above a detached garage gives you privacy, while the owners were still responsive in a timely manner to texts for any questions or issues that arose. A little out in the country and on a farm, so makes for a quiet & peaceful stay, with the occasional moo from some nearby cattle. But well situated for activities, only about 20 minutes between Glenwood Springs (where we hit the hot springs) and Rifle Falls and Rifle Gap State Parks, where we got in some hiking and photography. Not only would we recommend it to others, we hope to make a return visit in the future!

Best hosts! Everything was easy and welcoming, including goodies like a fresh cut fruit plate. Just what was needed without clutter. Gorgeous location. Responsive hosts. The kitchen supplies are slightly limited for more than two people who cook and eat in, but sufficient. Definitely the top of many, many VRBOs where I've stayed.

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Silt at Tim & Mindy's. We had an opportunity to enjoy the nearby State parks which were accessible by quiet back roads. We loved having farm animals around as well. The accomodations were comfortable and very tastful and clean. We would be more than happy to return if our schedule would allow.

Views!

This was our first stay at a VRBO…. and we were not disappointed! Extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything we might need! Even a delicious plate of fresh berries. And the views were phenomenal! Highly recommend a stay here!

This is a wonderful garage apartment with spectacular views. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again. The hosts even provided some light snacks, juice, and water waiting for us when we arrived.

Relaxing retreat

Great experience

My friends and I needed a place to crash for some local hikes and ATV trails. The place was clean, the hosts were thoughful, and the check in process was easy. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Stay with Thoughtful Hosts

We had a fantastic stay at this over-the-garage "apartment". The hosts were outstanding—welcoming and incredibly thoughtful, even stocking the kitchen with essentials so we didn’t have to run to the store right away. The place was spotless, making it a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. While the bed was a bit too firm for me, my husband found it perfect. The only minor things to note are that the toilet occasionally made a little noise due to an occasional leak, and the property has hard water—not a deal breaker, but something to be aware of. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d gladly stay again!

The apartment over the garage had the most beautiful views!! There was fresh fruit, cheese,jerky,water, coofee with creamers to your choice and more! Towels were awesome and bed super comfy! High quality all around. Would highly recommend this property and well definitely be back next time im in Silt.

The Yeti

Cute one bedroom, very clean. Well stocked.Left us some goodies. The bed linens were fabulous. I'm a stickler for quality, clean linens. Very quiet neighborhood, 2 miles out of town of Silt. Coal Miners restaurant had very good food.

Love the Cows

My girlfriend and I took an extended stay to go check out Rifle Falls State Park. IceBerg farms was great, beautiful property with many farm animals. Very close to Rife Falls and other state parks. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice relaxing place to stay out in the open country. Thank you Tim and Mindy for everything!

Cozy Quiet Getaway

Tim and Mindy have a wonderful set up to get away from busy city life. It was exactly what we needed. The space was clean and welcoming, exactly as pictured in the description. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning watching the cows and star gazing at night. Close enough to several towns, hiking, and tourist activities. We will definitely come again!

Beautiful Views

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend with my son fishing a short drive away at Harvey Gap. The views from the VRBO were spectacular. The host was very accommodating and VRBO is very comfortable. We will be coming back again!!!

Stay with privacy

Owner’s keeps away don’t involve at all which we had piece full time enjoy country vacation with friend and family. Place it’s great just like describe in listing I recommend for anyone whom like visiting Colorado?

Wonderful Property

Beautiful views and great place to stay. Tim and Mindy went above and beyond with the snack basket and treats they left for us. Since I-70 was shut down they reached out to use prior arriving to make sure we knew alternate routes. We will be staying here again when we are back in Rifle.

Cute and Quiet!

The place is so cute and well done. Loved the ranch setting, and the sunrise/sunset views are amazing. They left a great little basket of snacks and treats too. Location was great for Sunlight and hot springs!
