The independent one-bedroom apartment “L’Herbarium” (36 m²):
It consists of:

- a 25 m² living room/kitchen with TV and pull-out sofa bed (140x190 cm)
- 1 shower room with a washing machine
and a separate toilet.

Outside, the 1,500 m² property offers:
A swimming pool (8 x 3.5 meters) enclosed by a wrought-iron fence.
Sun loungers and a variety of water toys are available for your use.
