Nestled on Kiawah Island's stunning 5th fairway of the Turtle Point Golf Course, it's just a short drive from the Vanderhorst Plantation gate. Here, you can experience everything Kiawah has to offer — tennis, golf, biking, fishing, water sports, wildlife, and so much more.
With six bedrooms and six bathrooms, this spacious home comfortably accommodates multiple families, reunions, or groups of friends. Highlights include an updated kitchen, three inviting living areas, generous room sizes, and a brand-new pool.
Main Level
The first floor features three bedrooms and bathrooms, the main kitchen, two living rooms, a dining area, and a laundry room. The open-concept design creates a welcoming flow between spaces — perfect for gathering together or relaxing in your own corner. The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances and plenty of room to prepare delicious meals.
The first living area opens to the kitchen and dining space, while the second offers a cozy setting for movie nights with a big-screen TV and comfortable sectional sofa. Each of the three bedrooms (Bedrooms 1–3) includes a king bed, sitting area, private bathroom, and TV.
