What a wonderful place to stay! Delightful 3 bed, 2.5 bath in the heart of Saratoga Springs. A short walk to Broadway or a stone's throw to the Saratoga Race Track! Come and enjoy a taste of rich Saratoga history in this lovely Victorian in the heart of town. The unit is approximately 2100 sq ft and there is lots of space to stretch out and relax. From the luxuriously appointed master bed to the spacious kitchen and living room with modern, comfortable furniture and a fireplace.

Lovely home in Saratoga

We were in Saratoga for the Belmont Festival long weekend. The house is in the perfect location. Easy to walk to track and to town. Vin, our host, checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was fine. We had a great time and enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the house.

Fantastic Family Weekend

We came into town to visit family that lives in the area. We've stayed in several rentals in the area and this is by far our favorite property and we will book again! The location is PERFECT and so quiet. Adjacent to Congress Park for a nice morning stroll and so close to everything in downtown Saratoga Springs. Walked everywhere! Terrific appliances and overall amenities. Even though it's on-street parking, no problem with finding spots even on the weekend. Great communication with the property owner..very attentive!

The Perfect House

We rented the house for our family of 4 along with 2 friends. The sleeping arrangements were very accommodating to give everyone their space. The 2 upstairs bathrooms were spacious and there was no shortage of towels! The kitchen was great- we didn’t do a lot of cooking but it was fully stocked. The fridge and freezer were so nice and clean- It fit all our groceries and there was plenty of cabinet space for all other items. We loved the island with stools, made hanging out really nice. The patio area was well maintained, private and landscaping was so pretty. Our daughter loved the window bench seat at the front of the house. Check in / check out was super easy and the owner was very responsive to all of my requests- even my silly ones about location of garbage and recycling. Highly recommend this property for its location, size, amenities and cleanliness. The tv streaming services were an added bonus for our rainy days.

Perfect Saratoga getaway

This was the perfect home for our family vacation in Saratoga! The owner is so incredibly accommodating, is always available via text or phone call, provides absolutely everything you need at the house and maintains a beautiful home! The location is ideal- right in the middle of downtown and the track so you can walk everywhere! It was our first time bringing our 1.5 year old son to Saratoga so it was so nice to walk everywhere with him. We can’t wait to book this house again for next year!

Saratoga location perfect, home perfect!

Communication with owner was great from the initial contact until final day. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated for anyone’s taste. Bedding for all was high quality as were all kitchen appliances. It was a high quality home which felt immediately comfortable. If you want a location that is walkable to the track, the beautiful park and a downtown loaded with restaurants and shops 58 Court street is it. VIn,our host ,and his team have done a great job . The whole family agreed this is where we hope to stay on our next visit to Saratoga. Thanks Vin

Beautiful Victorian in the heart of Saratoga

What a wonderful property! Stayed with some friends for a nice relaxing weekend in Saratoga. The house couldn’t have been more perfect. The fully stocked kitchen was the cherry on top! Vin was a wonderful host and in contact if we needed anything. I have no complaints, it really was that wonderful! We can’t wait to come back.

Upon arrival, the home had not been prepared! The owner , Vin, went to great lengths to make things right. And he did-at no small effort on his part-being it was a holiday weekend!

Family Reunion at the Races

The home is lovely and a perfect location for guests who want to walk to the racetrack and guests who want to walk to Broadway or Congress Park. Also there is a deli on the corner that has great breakfast and lunch specials. For the lovers of Indian food the home is next door to an Indian restaurant.

Outstanding Place to spend time in Saratoga Springs

Vin's place is so warm and cozy. Every detail was impeccable and what was most important to myself, my wife, and our freinds was the comfortable beds. His place is so close to the best restaurants and to the racetrack. I would stay here again and can't wait to return.

The most comfortable and convenient home in Saratoga Springs!

This home couldn’t have been more perfect for the four of us. Each adult son and daughter had their own room and shared a beautiful bathroom while my husband and I enjoyed the master suite. The beds were extremely luxurious and comfortable and the first floor was equally if not more spacious. The home is well appointed with everything we could have possible needed and decorated with beautiful art that gave the home that welcoming and comfy feeling. The location was conveniently located between the bustling down town of Saratoga Springs and the excitement of the Saratoga Spa Racing Track. We could have gone the four days without ever getting back in our car. A bonus was having the convenience of Spring Street deli which serves excellent breakfast sandwiches and coffee and a delicious Indian restaurant right next door. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Saratoga Springs! So perfect!

Great location!

We have rented in the area before and found this location and property to be a gem! It was particularly clean and very well stocked and the owner was very helpful with a very modest issue which was quickly addressed. I would recommend a stay here.

5 star home and host!

The property was extremely clean and the perfect location. We had one small issue with the water heater and our host had it fixed within the hour. The AC was cold and again the place was spotless. I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful Victorian

Our stay here was lovely! The living room with the gas fireplace was warm and cozy! We enjoyed watching movies on Netflix each evening after dinner. The master bed was super comfortable and the sheets and towels all new. We were in a great location with a 3 minute drive to Broadway with restaurants and shops. The Lake George outlets were also a quick 23 minute drive away. The house is just as pictured with beautiful floors, paintings, and many details. You won’t be disappointed with your stay here!

Perfectly located, comfortable home

This VRBO is the perfect location as it is walking distance to downtown Saratoga Springs, as well as many other attractions. It is fully stocked with everything you might need from the large eat in kitchen, to cozy living room with fireplace, and ample room in comfy bedrooms. The owner is exceedingly helpful and readily available.
