GLAM 2 BEDROOM CONDO directly on Nashville's Famous MUSIC ROW! This historic condo complex is located in the heart of Midtown & has the one & only iconic guitar-shaped pool! You're walking distance to Nashville’s hottest bars with live music, amazing restaurants, cute coffee shops & only a short Uber to Broadway.

* HeiarLivin has 10 properties in the downtown area! We have 1 BD, 2 BD, 3 BD & 4 BDs that sleep large groups!

This is our 2 BEDROOM condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. It was designed & decorated with a very CLEAN, LUXURIOUS & MODERN VIBE! The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & is truly one of a kind in the building!

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)

Bedroom 2: 4 Twin Beds (sleeps 4)

MAIN:
The sleek white & black kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW black slate appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a small meal if you'd like. The kitchen island has 6 bar stools for plenty of seating. The living room has a very cozy feel as there is an electric fireplace for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows!

BATH:
Floating matte black double vanity sink & DOUBLE GLASS SHOWERS - embrace yourself as we designed two glass showers next to each other to maximize on efficiency in the bathroom. One private toilet in the bathroom.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

POOL and GRILL:
Our pool area is open year round. However, the pool is not heated so it is up to our HOA to determine the exact dates of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year (typically May-October).

PARKING:
Covered parking provided on the premise with the included parking pass. This pass must be on the dash of your vehicle at all times. One parking spot per condo. Additional street parking is available right across the street in front of the condo complex.

Stay was excellent. Beds were so comfortable and location was perfect as we walked everywhere from Broadway to the big FCS Championship Football game at the Vanderbilt First Bank Stadium. Bathroom set up was very convenient with a shower room, separate toilet area and large vanity area. Whole Foods is about a 10 minute walk which was great as we cooked breakfast every morning we were there.

Superbes lieux, spacieux et bien rénové. Beaucoup d’espace dans le salon et cuisine pour profiter entre amis. Bien isolé pour le bruit. Le seul défaut a été l’ascenseur qui n’a pas fonctionné pendant 2 jours entiers et l’appartement se situait au 5e étage donc tannant un peu. Pour le reste, tout était parfait !

Stayed here for business meetings on Broadway. The property was very clean, has easy parking and entry, and overall was described. There are an array of coffee shops and restaurants nearby and easily walkable. The room was very quiet and comfortable. It worked well for business, and would also be fine for a family visit. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great location

Great host responsive , we were notified a half hour prior to check in that the central AC was not functioning that they had put AC portable unit in the condo and that the place was at a comfortable temp. We were travelling with two young kids and needed their bedroom door close so that way may be able to watch tv or enjoy some quiet time once they were sleeping however this was not possible as the portable unit was meant for the entire condo even with all bedroom doors open which was very inconvenient the defund bedroom overnight remained very hot and not comfortable with the heat. We mentioned to owner whom recommended leaving the bedroom doors open.Also the pool had not been maintain in a while and had turned green unable to use it most of our week.

Very well decorated and convenient location. Easy access with elevators. The pool I believe is one of a kind. We heard Elvis Presley stayed there when it was a boutique hotel. Parking under building is a little tight for large cars due to support columns of building. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was great. Overall the unit was what I was anticipating but there were two issues that decreased by rating. One was that the AC was not working and we weren’t notified until the day we checked in. There was a temporary unit set up but if you were staying in that room it was very cold and the rest of the unit was ok. There was also a serious fly issue in the building. They had some solution set out but we should have been notified of the issue or another device set up to address the issue of all the flies.

Excellent Choice

Our son was in Nashville for a music opportunity and we were able to stay in this beautiful condo and work there, but also enjoy the many amenities nearby. The condo was very comfortable, clean with parking. We made a mistake on the dates for our stay, and the property owner was incredibly pleasant in dealing with our mistake and we appreciated the kindness.

Loved everything!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to The Gulch, which made it easy for our teens to explore and walk to dinner on their own. We felt totally safe in the neighborhood. The home itself was super cute and thoughtfully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having two shower stalls helped speed up getting ready to go out. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The Condo was clean and comfortable for three woman even with 1 bathroom. The toilet area and shower have separate doors. 2 sinks made it easy for 2 people to get ready at the same time.
