The unit was in a great location. It was impressive to be within walking distance of famous recording studios, as well as restaurants and bars. The unit was quiet, cozy, and perfect for relaxing. The interior design captured the spirit of Music Row. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!

Overall a very nice place. There seems to be lots of service fees on the stay, the valet service and even on the valet tip!

Hi — thank you for the feedback and we’re glad you enjoyed your stay. I’m sorry for the frustration around the extra charges. Some fees (platform/service fees, building valet charges or convenience fees) are assessed by the booking platform or the property/valet operator and aren’t set by our team, but we understand how confusing that can be. — The GoodNight Stay Team

The room and pool were great. The room was clean, check in was fairly smooth. Had issues with desk services not answering the phone but having a shuttle service to Broadway was a really great perk.

Property was great. We were there over a weekend and our room faced the street side. Lots of loud people at 1 am outside- but they seemed to go on their way quickly. Also- hotel does not provide anything - just the keys to access the room. Otherwise all was lovely.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We're glad most of your visit was lovely, and we are sorry the late-night noise was disruptive — we know that can be frustrating. While we can’t control activity on the street, I’ll share your comments with our team so we can review options (room placement, soundproofing, offering earplugs/white-noise options) and clarify amenity details in the listing. We appreciate you letting us know and hope to host you again. — GoodNight Stay

This was a great property for my kids and I to stay during a softball tournament in Hendersonville. We appreciated being close to downtown, but on a quiet enough street to get some rest. While the floors were not super clean under the tables and behind the doors, the bedding was crisp and clean, and so were the surfaces for the most part. The beds were very comfortable! And we loved playing ping-pong at the pool as well as the coffee shop right next to the pool!

Thank you for the 5-star review. Glad the location worked well for your tournament and that the bedding and beds were comfortable. Sorry the floors under the tables and behind doors weren’t up to standard — we’ll have housekeeping address that. Happy you enjoyed the pool ping‑pong and the coffee shop. We’d love to host you again. — GoodNight Stay

The property has someone at the front desk 24hrs a day. It was clean, plenty of towels, their pillows were so comfy and we weren’t required to do any additional cleaning besides taking out the trash and tidying up. Great location. Close to The Gulch, Broadway, plenty of restaurants nearby. Short Uber drives everywhere.
