We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this property. There was lots of room for the family to spread out. The open floor plan had all the room we needed for seating and cooking. We enjoyed the outdoor patio area in the evenings. The home was nicely furnished and decorated. Master bedroom and bath were very generous in size. The neighborhood was very quiet in the evening. Location was convenient for day trips sightseeing or catching an early flight at the airport. Highly recommend this property.

Excellent place to stay

This was a great place to stay. Very quite neighborhood. 15 minutes south of city and 15 minutes north of great beaches. Looking forward to staying here again

Our second stay at this house, we love it!

This has been our favorite place to stay on the island. Pool is right across the street from the house so it’s great access for the kids to play every day. Clean, great layout. Responsive property management.

Perfect house for families!!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay here. The floor plan was perfect giving everyone space - yet also a table big enough for us to enjoy meals together. Everything you needed was there - the kitchen was well stocked and there were beach chairs and a few toys that were fun for the kids. All in all, a wonderful location and fun stay for all.

Outstanding

Everything about this property was top-notch, from the cleanliness, the well appointed nature of the kitchen, the incredible lanai… I cannot rave enough about our time on the big island. It was certainly made even more enjoyable as a result of our our vacation rental.

Beautiful Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kona and the property was perfect for our family of 8. It was in excellent condition, clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The check in process was seamless and we gave no complaints! Would definitely book again!

great beach ammenities

The home was spacious for our large family. The location to the pool was great. The beach toys the home supplied were wonderful and helpful. My only thing I missed was a blender for my morning smoothie.

Perfect Oasis

Beautiful home, clean, spacious. Community pool is 20 steps from the front door - so convenient. Quiet, safe neighborhood away from the busy downtown Kona. Kitchen is fully loaded with any utensil or appliance you may need. We loved staying here!

Excellent stay

We had a great time in this lovely home. Was described very accurately. Only 4 years old . Easily accommodated six adults. Kitchen was well equipped. Lanai was great with folding wall., Beautiful property close to Farmers Market and Bay. Was a little remote to drive to Kona- 15 minutes

Wonderful property

The house was so nice and big. The grounds around the place were beautiful too. The rooms were nice an big. The bathrooms were big also. After a day at the beach, it was so nice to come home to the house and relax. And 10 feet away was the pool. So the boys would continue their fun and go over there. We never had to worry about security, the house had a code to get in and the property had a gate. I would stay their again anytime

Holua Kai 37 at Keauhou

Great rental home, everything was so clean and organized. The garage had extra beach gear we were able to use. We parked one car inside the garage and one outside. The pool was right across the street and easily accessible to us. The girls loved it. We barbecued one night and ate the food in the cabana. We had a lovely time. Location was great, nearby Keauhou shopping center to pick up necessities and food. Overall experience was awesome, we would consider buying a retirement home in this small wonderful community.

Great house - Bad Management Company

We had a nice stay. The house was great. Spacious and safe property. Driveway is tiny and garage had vehicles already- leaving only a small space for additional parking. The management company, Kona Coast Vacations(KCV), was not great. We did like the welcome bag. The WiFi stopped working Tuesday. After trouble shooting and no luck we contacted KVC on Wednesday morning and we were told someone would be there that morning. No one ever showed up. I emailed to follow up and they just said “sorry” someone would come the next day. Someone did come while we were out and just took the router. I never received any follow up or explanation from KCV. We had the remainder of our vacation without internet. Cellular service was not great at the house and all the tv’s were WiFi dependent. The pool was closed for 3 days for an annual cleaning. These two problems took away from our enjoyment and relaxation. We were not offered any compensation for these problems. Considering the amount of phone calls received form KCV before our arrival, it was odd there was no contact once we arrived and contacted them. I found this to be unacceptable for this high end property. The property was very nice. I would stay there or a like property in the future. However, I will not stay at another house managed by KCV.

Aloha and Mahalo for your feedback. We apologize for not being more timely with the internet repair. Spectrum (the internet provider) makes it a little tricky to swap out equipment. We had to get our tech authorized on the account which took a few days. We should have communicated that better to you. We hope we get the chance to make this right next time you plan to visit the Big Island!
