Relax at this peaceful home on a quiet street steps from the ocean. The home backs up to the 11th hole of the Kona Country Club golf course and is across the street from the access path to He'eia Bay. Central in the resort district of Keauhou, the property is perfectly situated to enjoy all the Big Island has to offer. Grocery, dining and shopping are just up the street. Famous Ali'i Drive is just at the top of the neighborhood for access to downtown dining and shopping.

Amazing location with mature tropical landscaping all around. Three bedroom home with two full baths and full air conditioning throughout. The master bedroom has a king bed with luxury memory foam mattress, large walk-in closet and double vanity bath with tub and shower.

Guest room 1 has a large king bed with memory foam mattress.

Guest bedroom 2 has two twin beds.

Full bath between guest bedrooms with tub and shower.

Full chef's kitchen with updated appliances and everything you need for dining and entertaining.

Full sized washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron with ironing board included for convenience.

Large screened lanai with bar connecting to the kitchen for outdoor dining and relaxation. Stainless Kenmore grill and open back yard overlooking the golf course for quiet evenings. Stroll up the golf course for a short one hole walk to the ocean for sunset views.

Across the street is access to He'eia Bay which provides excellent snorkeling opportunities most of the year. Just around the corner is Keauhou Bay with additional water access, volleyball and many ocean adventure charters available.

Ali'i drive is just at the top of the neighborhood and provides access to downtown and many popular beaches. There is a large grocery store, pharmacy, theater and many shops and restaurants at the top of the neighborhood making your stay easy. They are all within walking distance as well.

Quiet location with easy access to local shops and beaches. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable AC, amenities, natural light. Easy communicating with responsive host. Would definitely stay here again.
