Conveniently located 10 minutes from I-205, the interior of the home features an open floor plan with two living spaces, dining room, laundry area, and a kitchen with updated appliances and many kitchen accessories for all your cooking needs. Its a great place for a whole family to stay or to meet up with family from out of town. The home has many games, puzzles, cable and smart TV for inside entertainment.

We have a jacuzzi right outside the back door under cover and an amazing 1.25 acres of private forested park perfect for morning walks, or for the family to just run around. It features a backyard gazebo and lounge furniture, seasonal vegetable garden, open grass areas, a bamboo forest path, and another outdoor seating area with a picnic bench and fire pit (when conditions are allow). There is one parking spot in the covered parking at the house and then many additional spots in the back gravel parking area for other vehicles. The property does have an outdoor surveillance system.
