The home floor plan is set up to where the master and guest bedrooms are located on the 1st floor along with 1 full bath. Upstairs is the living room, with fireplace, kitchen, half bath, wet bar and balcony.

Downtown Cambria is 1.8 miles, Moonstone Beach 2.8 miles, Tipton Entrance Fiscalini Ranch Preserve 1 mile, Stolo Vineyards & Winery 3 miles, Hearst Castle 10 miles, and San Simeon State Park 5.9 miles, the list goes on.
