Soak up the rays of the warm Florida sun and enjoy dining with a family BBQ. At night, appreciate the amazing sunsets of golden oranges and pinks while chatting with a glass of wine. We are located mid-island, so you can walk to everything from here or free tram or the trolley for .75cent. Bike paths make it an enjoyable ride to explore the island. Parking is available on-site. This property is a multi-family home and is located on the 2nd floor. Only one unit next door.

We rent to mature adults and families only. A lease and photo id will be required. This is a family friendly street and not suitable for a rowdy crowd. 4 adults max and no children. Service animals/support dogs are not allowed as our family has SEVERE allergies.
