Large MBR includes walk-in closet and bath with dual sinks, soaking tub and separate shower. Guests will feel welcome in the 2nd BR with full bath en-suite and 3rd BR with a 1/2 bath adjacent. An eat-in kitchen, large and private screened Lanai and 2 car garage provide room to spread out. Lease includes access to all Pelican Landing amenities including : private beach, community pool, tennis & pickle ball, fitness center, marina, etc. Bonita Springs and Naples shopping & dining are minutes away. Community Association requires 30 day minimum rental.
