Mother's Day weekend

We were very much impressed with the Wiggins Pass Chalet. Our king bed suite was roomy with a walk in closet. The living room area had a comfortable sofa and even a recliner that my husband loved. The kitchen had new appliances and provided dishes, glasses, tableware, and nice pots and pans for cooking. I always take my own skillet and spatulas when I travel but left them in my car while here! The staff (Kasha) was a pleasure and gave us friendly assistance. We would definitely return to this chalet.

Amazing gulf views

The gulf and sunset views from this efficiency unit are amazing. It is perfect for a couple who desire to be a stone throw from the beach. The complex is in the midst of repairs from the hurricane damage but is still accessible.

Wellness Trip

My husband and I took a much needed wellness trip. Pam was wonderful with communication and was a great host! The property was as described and the location made it easy to get to everything. The views from the condo were spectacular! Watching the sunset from the balcony was the best seat in town. We came home refreshed and relaxed, which is exactly what we needed.

Great anniversary weekend

Amazing views. Clean Cozy Intimate and Romantic. Great for a couple. We had a great anniversary weekend. Just the internet and TV was extremely unreliable and spotty - messaged the host but did not hear back.. We wanted to click off so did not bother us (much).

Condo near Bonita Beach

This condo was just right for the 2 of us. Great view of the ocean from the balcony porch. We walked across the road to the beach everyday.

Long Weekend

Had a great experience. Owner could not have been nicer. View of the beach and access to the beach were fantastic. Doc’s on the beach across the street was a bonus. Great pizza! Would stay here again for sure. Thank you!

Nice property--great view-undermined by construction noise

There was tremendous construction noise for most of Saturday. There were hand-held jackhammers and circular saws cutting concrete as the contractors were fixing/rebuilding the balconies on some of the units. The owner did not tell us that this would be happening. VRBO declined to reimburse me because they said the unit was fine and they do not reimburse for construction outside of the unit. I tried to send videos to VRBO so they could hear the noise, but the website rejected them, saying they were too big (even when I truncated the video to 11 seconds and compressed it). Sunday was pleasant. We left on Monday morning as scheduled. I would have rated the accuracy of the on-line listing as 5 because the photos are representative of the unit--but the lack of disclosure by the owner of the construction merited a 0, so I rated it a 3.

Needed Vacation

It was the first time staying in Bonita Springs. The beach was busy from spring break. So my mom and I walked down towards the barefoot beach to hang out. It was a gorgeous area. It was also nice walking back to the condo at lunch so you didn't have to haul food with you. The condo is small but it was enough for my mom and I. We would stay again. The food across the road at Doc's was good and walking to Sweet Melissa's for ice cream was nice.

Simply Amazing

Location was perfect & Condo was clean & tastefully decorated. Had views of sunrise 🌅 over the kitchen sink and the 🌅 over the balcony facing the Gulf! Could not have asked for more! Owner was thoughtful & informative at just the right moments~ would love 💕 to stay there again!

Pleasant and convenient place to stay.

The condo is conveniently located right across the street from the beach so a very quick walk. The view is great. The condo is small but just fine for a couple. The owner was very easy to work with. The restaurant across the street means you can eat right on the beach if you don't want to come in so that's handy. Nice place.

Perfect sunset view

Terrific location on Bonita Beach. Were able to beach walk each morning and eat at great local waterfront restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Cozy and Great view.

The condo was perfect beautiful view of Barefoot Beach and comfortable accomodations. My wife and I had an awesome anniversary weekend. Pam allowed us to stay all day Sunday and we brought our kids down for a beach day.

THE BEACH, THE VIEWS AND LOCATION...PERFECT!!!

We stayed for three weeks in January of 2015. The owner was great to work with and made sure everything was perfect in the unit. Perfect location, great Gulf views and the unit was clean and well maintained. Will definitely go there again sometime. Beautiful Sunsets, close to beach and local attractions. BEST VIEW I HAVE SEEN OF THE GULF! CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK! SO RELAXING!!!

Three words to describe this unit; clean, comfortable and perfect! The view is amazing from the screened veranda with nice chairs. Its a great area to be ANY time of the day. Location of unit is perfect for the beach, restaurants and all that Bonita has to offer. Love how private the unit felt for being so close to everything! Happy Hour sunsets from this unit are really memorable. Owner has been great to work with and makes sure we had a wonderful time. Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom all are updated nicely and very clean! Already talking with Owner about staying longer next year for sure!! Thank you for a great get away cant wait to go back.

Million Dollar View! Absolutely loved it! Wow!

I absolutely loved every minute of every hour I spent at Pam's place! Really, a million dollar view, spectacular, unforgettable sunsets! Just across the street from the beach. Best location in SWF. So very clean and very private, everything you need is provided. Beach chairs and beach towels, umbrella and cooler, etc. So nice to work with the very best owner on the planet! I will definitely, absolutely, return next year. 5 star rating is not enough, I'd give it 10 stars! Thank you Pam! Eric S.
