Wonderfully charming home with open concept living/dining/kitchen and plenty of room for the group to spread out and relax. No expense was sparred to make sure you enjoy your stay and feel at home. Perfect location! 2 Blocks off the Southside strip makes walking to shops/bars/cafes/restaurants ultra convenient, while being just far away enough to make sure the property is quiet and peaceful at night. It's a wonderful property for groups, families, and even business partner who want space!

Central location with easy access to everything Pittsburgh has to offer! The neighborhood is a wonderful combination of families, early 30's, and even college students. Only 2 blocks off the Southside strip, bountiful bars/restaurants/cafes/shops are within a short walk.

The Southside, in general, is a staple of Pittsburgh. 100 years ago most of the Southside was steel mills. You can still see fragments of the mills at the Hot Metal Bridge and various pieces along the bike/walking path next to the river. Carson Street is a combination of bars, cafes, and quality restaurants. Down towards the end of the SouthSide is The Southside Works, which is a great, family-friendly, newer part of the city where the American Eagle Headquarters resides. Overall, this is an ideal location with easy access to everything Pittsburgh has to offer!

We had a wonderful stay! Cindy was such a great host. She was welcoming and responsive to any questions. The house was in a perfect location to bars/restaurants in fact, we all walked every where. We were in town to see the Steelers play and it couldn’t have been any better. Thank you, Cindy! We hope to stay again next year!

Lovely home for weekend stay

Cute, clean place to stay for a larger family. We enjoyed our stay. Loved the private back patio area. We would stay again if in the area!

Graduation weekend getaway

Great stay in South Side, Pittsburgh, just a block off the Main Street with tons of restaurants and night life. The house was very comfortable, the owners were friendly and responsive and ensured we had a great trip. We hope to be back for our next family event in the city!

Great place to stay in Pittsburgh!

Home was very clean and modern. Pictures don't do it justice. Soft towels and better than hotel like amenities. Would stay again for sure!

Short stay in Pittsburgh

Easy in and out of city. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. Nice property. Beds were comfy and we appreciated the fact that towels and basic shower gel/shampoo supplied by host.

Great stay for wedding weekend

I live in the area but wanted a place to stay and get ready for my wedding with my family and friends. This was the perfect place. It was gorgeous, so it was great for pictures. The bedrooms were big, the beds comfortable, and it was nice having bedrooms on various floors to give people privacy, so it never felt like we were cramped. 10/10

Great location, needs some TLC!

This property was in a perfect location. Close to restaurants and colleges. There was flooding after rain in the basement. Quick response from owner but it did create a bad odor as the carpet got wet.The sheets in one bedroom were not clean so we had to switch out the sheets. With a little updating and attention to detail this could be a great place to stay.

Stay in Pittsburgh

Cindy’s home in Pittsburgh was fantastic! Plenty of space for the larger group that we had. Very clean and seems to be recently updated. The house was a short walk to Carson street where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. Also a short walk to Southside Works Town Square. Street parking was available close to the house. Downtown and the Strip District were close Uber rides. The neighborhood is safe and very walkable. Cindy was a great host. She was responsive to messages and questions. We would book this stay again for another trip.

Great time in a great location

Great property in a great location. There were four of us on a seniors' golf trip and to attend the US Open. Plusses: Everything worked, Terrific, well-stocked kitchen, very comfy living room in which to lounge. Bedrooms comfortable and clean. Owner easy to reach. Easy walk to restaurants& pubs as well as to a great Giant Eagle grocery and adult be erage store. Nice lounge area on patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Minuses: Lots of steep stairs. Basement bedroom has some awkward elevation changes at stairs and into the powder room. 2nd floor bath has a tricky but functional bath-to-shower diverting valve due to a loose spigot cover. Window treatments are functional but plain. Third floor window AC unit works just fine, but expanding gap filler to outside air doesn't stay in place. The minuses were very minor, and we'd stay here again if another trip to the 'burgh arises.

Beautiful Home!

This place was absolutely gorgeous. The listing was very accurate and the space was very clean! A perfect place for a weekend with family/friends. The location of the home is prime for south side. Great communication with management as well. I highly recommend!

Perfect for our family

We loved the house. It was perfect our family of 10. Although parking was a little worrisome at first, we were always able to find spots for our two cars.

Had a great time

We really enjoyed ourselves. The house was clean and conveniently located near bars and restaurants. I was hoping it would be within walking distance to the PPG arena (as we came to town for a concert) but it wasn't. No matter, we still enjoyed ourselves just the same and would stay here again. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Thanks for a great time.

Visit with family and site seeing

It is a beautiful home and within walking distance to great restaurants, ice cream, grocery store, and small shops. Some of us enjoyed bicycling around the area and on the river trail. Nine of us were planning to come but only six of us could make it for the week. We had a little trouble getting the TV to connect to Wi-Fi but got the living room TV to connect. The remote needed batteries as does the dining room TV remote. Some lightbulbs need to be replaced in the third floor bedroom and in the basement area. The trash situation was unclear. It was overflowing when we arrived but one thing said not to put it out and another thing talked about city pickup but did not mention the days for pickup. One of the people in my group was up early and put it out without my knowledge. I’m sorry if this causes a problem. The blender did not have a lid that we could find. We enjoyed cooking though some pans may need to be replaced as they were pretty scratched up. I would have loved a full size broom for the kitchen and porch areas. The back porch area was a wonderful space! We spent a lot of time sitting out there catching up and making plans. Loved the furniture! Overall, the house was fantastic and we would love to come back for future visits! Thank you again for allowing us to stay! Susan

Concert weekend

A group of 10 of us stayed the weekend for a concert at heinz field. Great location. Awesome house. Patio out back secluded from the street. Had a great time. Highly recommend!

Very nice house

This is a beautiful property, very nicely fixed and decorated, and super clean. Bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms handy with everything you need. The back yard is a great spot to sit and chat. The only problem we had was parking, which is not at all handy. If we had any suggestions for impotent, we'd wish for a first floor powder room and a kettle for heating water.

City vibe on Sarah Street

We used this beautiful townhome as our home base for a wedding weekend, in Pittsburgh. We explored the Southside by walking to restaurants, trails along the river, and a grocery store. We had plenty of room to spread out in this roomy townhouse. The patio was a lovely spot to enjoy a meal. I high recommend this rental. There are several flights of steps that may be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

Delightful accommodations in Southside Pittsburgh

Our group of 5 scouts and two leaders spent 3 nights in these comfortable and well appointed accommodations. This house is appealingly designed and with comfortable mattresses and bedding. along with a private and furnished outdoor patio. This is a fun walkable neighborhood w/ restaurants and shops nearby. We loved walking out for coffee at Cup Ka and Big Dog and getting a good walk in while admiring art and murals of the community.. Love the local feel and the don’t hesitate to stay in this space.
