This is a home to hang your heart! It won a prestigious Park City award for its superb floor plan and high end finishing work.

Live in the quiet ambience of Pine Ridge surrounded by aspens and an ancient pine forest yet it is only 4 miles from Canyons Resort and Whole Foods.. This 4795 square feet home has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms ( each bedroom has its own bath), an office, steam room, gym, theatre room, three car garage and the kitchen is outfitted with Viking appliances. The master has travertine tile and a jetted tub to relax after a wonderful day at the slopes, hiking or enjoying the superb cuisine of Park City
You feel the warmth and ambience the moment you step through the door as you view the ancient preserve of huge spruce trees and rock formations. This home offers luxurious mountain living at its best.

This is a perfect home for quiet tenants who respect the pristine ambience of the area. No parties or commercial ventures, please.

Home is close to everything, but this serene location is away from the hustle and bustle. Whole Foods, shopping at Kimball Junction and Canyons Resort are only 4 miles away. We have discounts for longer term rentals.

As you journey through Pinecrest to Pineridge you will be captivated by the beauty of the mountains and the wildlife. This area is the most wooded residential area in Park City since much of it is a preserve. Be certain the have your camera ready because you may get lucky and see a moose as they are plentiful.

We put a lot of heart into maintaining our home and making it special. It is completely upgraded with top of the line appliances and furniture and we have a great property manager who will make certain you have a wonderful relaxing stay!
