Updated Park City Getaway at Canyons Village Base with Carport

This renovated 4BR/4BA townhome with attached carport offers a great value in a stunning location. The comfortable mountain ski home is located in the Red Pine area near the base of Vail's Park City Mountain Resort. A free shuttle picks up outside your door and provides convenient access to the Resort or anywhere in Canyon's Village or if you prefer it is a 5 minute walk to the Cabriolet lift.

Enjoy access to the Red Pine Clubhouse with a pool, hot tub, volleyball and tennis courts. The complex is next to the public Canyons Golf Course.

LIVING AREA
Relax and watch cable TV in the living room with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a roomy sectional.

KITCHEN AND DINING
A dining table and bar stools provide seating for 10. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the appliances needed for cooking and dining in. A barbecue grill is located on the deck.

BED AND BATH

Sleeps 10 between the four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

The master bedroom features a king bed, single futon and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The cozy main floor bedroom sports a queen bed and bathroom with walk-in shower.

A third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth has a queen and a twin daybed with trundle for a child. Both rooms have en-suite with a tub/shower combination.

Access to loft playroom available upon request.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-fi, a washer/dryer, several TV's and parking for 2 vehicles. The pool and hot tub are scheduled to be open Memorial Day through Labor Day and Thanksgiving through Ski season.

LOCATION

You'll be within walking distance to a convenience store and resort restaurants. Several grocery stores are nearby with car or free Park City public transportation. App available for free van rides from your door to ski resort. You'll also be close to world-class ski resorts as well as Olympic venues, boutiques., art galleries, theaters, live music and seasonal festivals.

Summer activities include hiking and biking trails, water sports, near-by lake beaches and more. The Park City area is a great vacation spot all year.

Aussies wanted a white Christmas

What a great property. Location was fantastic the house has everything we needed (including sticky tape ).. beds were comfortable, house was nice and warm, and they even put up a Christmas tree for us.

Wonderful rental home

This home had everything we needed and was in a great location. The owner communicated so quickly and provided so much good info to us for the surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

Canyons Village Ski Stay

Property has great location with ski shuttle to/from Gondola and lift to your door. Unit is spacious and has all necessary amenities and comforts for those focused on skiing.

Great location for ski trip

This is our second year to stay at this location and it's a perfect fit for our family. Very comfortable. Shuttle service to lifts is great. You can ski home from Canyons (with only a short walk across the street).

Great location

Property was excellent, kitchen was well stocked and very comfortable to sleep, dine and watch TV. The free shuttle service literally was front door to ski village promenade. Using the app to schedule pick up was easy and never waited more than 10 minutes. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.

Perfect Mountain Retreat

We take an annual adults only ski trip to Park City every year, and this was our favorite place we have stayed. You can ski to within a block of the property and the Canyons connect van is an easy ride to any of the lifts. The property has everything you need and is clean and modern. Lorill is very communicative and always responds in a timely fashion. This place is fantastic, recommend 100%!

So great!

This condo was awesome! There was more than enough room for the 8 of us. It was super clean and cute. The free summer concert and gondola ride was a great unexpected surprise. The owner was so nice and helpful and text me a bunch of great tips and things to do.

Great Home for Our Girls Trip

Lorill was a great host for our girls trip to Park City. We were in Park City for a wedding at the top of the mountain. Lorill assisted us with a last minute change to our plans. The townhouse had plenty of space for the 5 of us for a week. The 4 bathrooms came in handy for 5 women, The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make breakfast every day.

Was as advertised. Checkin very smooth. 10 minute walk to ski lift. Heat in bottom floor bedrooms not as we would have liked. Thermostats seemed to go to 62 at night.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very nicely done & well stocked. They claim to have air conditioning but its only on main floor & upper floor. The weekend we stayed was very hot, so the bottom floors were not comfortable to sleep in. Turnkey provided us with 2 fans which helped.

Fantastic Ski Location!

We are so glad we skied this year! Incomparable powder — better than we have EVER skied!! This location was perfect for skiing Canyons, and we easily made our way to Park City’s runs a couple of days. We didn’t have a car, and Uber and the Canyons shuttle worked great! One note: the pictures show twin beds in one of the room. Those have been replaced by a queen size bed and a trundle — which was way short for our daughter’s boyfriend! The condo was perfect for six of us. The owner was FANTASTIC and a huge help! Would absolutely recommend it!!

Perfect Holiday Escape

My family and I very much enjoyed this home and the comfort it provides for all ages. It was great to have a bathroom in each bedroom with plenty of options for couples and kids. The main floor was great to dine at the table and relax in front of the fire on the large sofa. The kitchen is not large but funtional and had all the amenities that we needed. This home is just a couple of blocks from the Canyons gondola parking lot and a short walk or drive to the clubhouse with heated outdoor pool. Lorrill was very responsive to our requests prior to arriving and all check-in and out instructions were provided electronically. Could not have asked for a better place to spend Christmas with the family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was very nice. There was a couple of problems the gas fireplace didn't work. The gas grill on the patio had a gas tank but there was no hose to hook it up to the grill. The bedroom behind the kitchen the windows in that bedroom are very drafty need to be resealed.

Easy, Convenient and Comfortable :)

Great location and comfortable townhouse. The living room couch is massive and can accommodate a large amount of people for hanging out. The kitchen can get a bit tight, but that was not a problem for us. We loved that each room has its own bathroom and all of the beds were very comfortable. The walk to cabriolet lift is definitely doable for adults, but a little long for kiddos with ski boots on. BUT you do always have the option to use the free Canyons shuttle, which was very easy to set up with the app. On average the shuttle only took about 4-5 mins to pick you up right at your front door, which was AMAZING SERVICE AND CONVIENENT. We scored a surprise 12+" snowstorm during our trip and overall had a great Canyon's experience. Thank you

Hard to find four bedrooms for this price - great value. The property was clean and nicely updated. We really appreciated how well stocked it was with basic essentials. Made the trip much easier for us. We LOVED the pool and hot tub. Wish we had more time to spend there but we were so tired from all the skiing! Only recommendation for future visitors is to valet your skis at the resort. The walk down to the Cabriolet lift is easy, but much, much easier if you don't have to carry skis. Thanks for a great trip. We'd definitely come back to this property.
