Sago Sands is a luxury condominium perched on a bluff, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, with breathtaking views of peaceful sunrises and romantic sunsets. Enjoy a cool and refreshing dip in the community pool located on the north side of the complex. Only 8 units keep it quiet and private. This Gulf-front development provides community grills for guest use. For added convenience, the building has an elevator. Located along scenic Highway 30A, in the heart of Seagrove Beach, between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The 19-mile paved bike/walk path that parallels the entire length of Hwy. 30A is conveniently located in front of the complex.

Seagrove Beach is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer.

If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just about 20 miles to the west.

Great property

We vacation often on 30A and this has been one of our favorite rentals. You can tell it’s newly renovated. You can easily walk to Seaside and local restaurants and the beach access is great. Some things to consider for this unit: the elevator does not work and was taped up with no repair work going on while we were there. The thermostat is remotely controlled, so you may want to communicate your preferred settings prior to arrival. We had a few hot nights.

Excellent unit, right on the beach

Other than the check in and check out times, check in is 5pm and check out was 9am, it was great. We were staying with my elderly in-laws, so would have been nice to have a little more flexibility. The unit was ready a little earlier, but I remember when you could be in at 3 and out at noon.. some of the furniture is shop worn, couch could be replaced. Beds were ok, but the shower could have been a little hotter. I have stayed at hotels all over the country and the two things that make or break it for me is a nice bed and a hot shower.. at the end of the day, I would stay here again..

Beautiful views! Very nice 3 BR condo.

My recent stay at this property was overall quite enjoyable, albeit with one issue. The highlight of the rental was undeniably its stunning location, offering picturesque views of the beach that truly enhanced our experience. The spacious balcony was a wonderful addition, providing a perfect spot to soak in the coastal ambiance. However, it's worth mentioning that one challenge we had was that the elevator was out of order during our visit. This posed a significant challenge for my elderly parents who were staying with us. Climbing up to the third floor multiple times a day proved to be quite taxing for them. Despite this inconvenience, the condo itself was nice, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering modern amenities and tasteful decor. We were able to enjoy our time at the beach and make the most of our stay. In conclusion, our beach rental provided us with a memorable getaway and stunning views. The experience was impacted by the out-of-order elevator, which made it difficult for our elderly family members to navigate the property. Nevertheless, we appreciated the overall quality of the rental and enjoyed our time by the coast.

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous ocean view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our time in Sago Sands 301! When we rented it we didn't know it was being renovated, so it was a nice surprise when we got there! It's a beautiful condo! The view of the ocean is amazing! We sat on the large balcony every chance we could, and enjoyed the ocean view from inside as well. There are 2 designated parking spots for you so parking was never a problem. The elevator is right outside your door, and we never had to wait for it as there's only 8 units in the whole place. Once you get off the elevator on the first floor, you walk around the side of the condo, down some stairs to the beach. Probably takes you 2 minutes. The condo was very spacious with lots of room for the 6 of us. The living room is so big, with a nice tv, and we loved having 2 full sofas. The master is huge with a big bathroom and closet, and the bedroom with the twin beds is very big as well with a nice bathroom. The third bedroom is a lot smaller, with not a lot of space to put your stuff. If the bed were not angled I think it would be better. But don't let that keep you from staying there. The beds were very comfortable too! We loved biking & walking to all the shops and restaurants. I would not recommend renting from Butterfly Bikes across the street. They rented us an unsafe golf cart for the week, and after going back twice to have them fix it, and only being able to use it about 3 times all week due to this, they would not give us any money back. Just not good customer service when you're paying them for a golf cart that is supposed to be safe and working properly. The only downside to this condo would be that it needs curtains in the bedrooms. It has blinds, but the sun is super bright in the mornings, and the light outside the room by the elevator shines in at night. We ended up putting trash bags in the windows, but thankfully that's an easy fix for the owners. All-in-all, we will definitely stay here again! Can't wait to go back!

Fabulous location!

The condo is located in a super convenient spot with everything you need nearby. If you’re looking for a nicely decorated, updated space… this is NOT the unit for you!!! It’s terribly outdated, super old carpeting etc. dirty slip cover on couch etc. BUT, it’s big and the views are amazing!! It could have been cleaned a bit better and is WAY past the point of needing an overhaul but again… the location, size and views make it a great choice for a big family!

30A Natural Beauty Location

Fabulous location, wonderful views of coast and gulf, friendly management and people in complex. We enjoyed our "snow bird" stay and would return. However, the condo itself is very tired and in need of updating, from bathrooms to kitchen and living areas. Beds were good and comfortable. Carpet worn and dated. Furniture ragged in places, washer/dryer needs updating, dish washer barely works. Basic essentials all present in kitchen but little else and not up to standards for location and expectations. We were told to bring knives if you wanted a sharp one, several other items you will need if staying any length of time. They did replace grills while we were there, they were rotted out on arrival. Pool not heated and no workout facility beyond wonderful walks on beach. Having been there and knowing what to expect, we would return or refer a friend for the locations and natural beauty plus the larger size of the unit.

Room 301

Excellent patio furniture and comfortable beds, great access to the beach. Though the cutlery was lacking and a sharp knife unable to be found, we enjoyed our stay. Plenty of plates, coffee cups and glassware as well as a nice blender and toaster + toaster oven. One couch was covered with a couch cover that did not fit well but I suspect it had been stained and therefore require covering. A toilet seat is in need of replacing BUT do not let these minor things deter you. Beachfront property and comfortable and clean condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our second or third (?) stay at Sago Sands. Recommend this unit for convenience, close to a wonderful bathing suit shop, Tom Thumb and of course, Goatfeathers!

Amazing stay at 301

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The property manager reached out numerous times to make sure we were doing well and see if we needed anything. The property was super clean and I can’t describe in enough detail how incredible the views were from the balcony. And the location couldn’t have been any better. We rented bikes across the street and walked to restaurants. We were extremely pleased and already looking forward to the next time we head to the gulf. We will definitely be back to this condo. Loved the condo and the location!

Great experience. Condo was awesome. Only complaint no working elevator the weekend we arrived. The beach access gate code given to me was wrong but any family gave us the right code.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After a few glitches with reserving a spare night, wrong access codes sent for EVERYTHING, we did get in and appreciate the views. The condo is kid friendly due to the very worn furniture, old mattresses, very dark sitting area-I would recommend a good update to everything. Overall, I would rate 2.5 out of 5 mainly because the balcony and views pulled it up to this ranking.

Room to stretch

Nicely decorated and very spacious. Loved watching the dolphins from the balcony. The wall of windows allow you to take in the view even on rainy days. The washer and dryer need to be repaired or replaced. Could use a few more cookware items.

Sago sands condo!

We knew this rental wasn’t the “most” updated property, but were willing to book it for the dates available and the good price! For the most part we were satisfied, but the living room couch was in bad condition with a terrible ill-fitting slipcover, and the master shower had mold that we immediately went and bought tilex which cleared it up. We love the location!

Great location! Beautiful ocean views!

The condo’s location was why our family chose this rental. The condo was very out dated (decor) but the views and location by far made up for it. The tv’s were very small and the family room furniture was very uncomfortable with old slip covers on. But, we were not in our room very much. We were enjoying the beach that was feet away. Walking distance to everything! Management was great and easy to communicate with!
