Bella Beach Villa is on the 2nd floor in Building C overlooking the pool. There are only 2 single floor residences per floor accessible by elevator, and only 8 residences per building.


Guests will enjoy easy access to the private deeded beach with chairs and umbrellas available to rent (details in unit). Bella Beach Villa is conveniently located on 30A, with nature trails through Point Washington State Park in our backyard, walk to Greenway Station with family friendly restaurants and shopping, and ride bikes or drive to Seaside, Grayton, Alys, and Rosemary communities and beach parks.

Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
