Great location!

Condo was great for our vacation. Layout worked perfect for two couples and two teens. Great location with easy access to beach, pool, shops, restaurants and easy walk to Seaside proper.

Great Location!

Just steps to the beach, great location. Each bedroom has a private bath, which was super helpful. And, the rear bedroom has an ocean view! Would stay here again, for sure.

Quiet stay!

We had 4 families that went to Seagrove Beach together and we rented both of the condos out by the street away from the larger complex, which allowed us to stay close to each other and stay away from most people.

Great location, very short walk to beach. Clean unit with plenty of room! We had issues with our TV and the property managers quickly fixed the issues for us

Perfect condo, perfect location

This is our second year staying in this condo for Spring Break. It is nicely decorated, great layout for two couples and teens, easy beach access, great walking distance to everything Seaside and Seagrove. Management communicates well and responds quickly. Highly recommend!

Great experience-things to note: Bugs in condo-probably should be addressed Toilet in master bedroom on 2nd floor had slow flushing toilet 1st floor rug has big stain We have rented many houses and condos in Seagrove over the past 30 years and had a great experience at this location!

Great location!

Stayed here for a girls trip with 6 girls. Comfortably sleeps 6. This property was clean and well kept. Property management was extremely responsive to a minor maintenance issue we had with the automatic door lock needing new batteries. Very close to beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pool was clean and right outside the front door! Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great home, location ideas perfect. Layout of house is great for a family. There are a few items that could have been upgraded…. Bathrooms, exterior lighting, and internet could be addressed. We will be back at this location in the future.

Fun girl’s weekend

We really enjoyed our time at the unit. Most of the time we had the whole pool to ourselves. It was tidy. Could use more silverware but otherwise there are plenty of kitchen items. We loved the number of bathrooms and the full size laundry. The king beds were really comfortable.

Perfection!

My family and another friend’s family enjoyed our stay at this condo over Father’s Day weekend and it was wonderful. The location made it ideal, close to the beach with private access, and the pool was directly in front of our unit. Everyone had a place to stay and there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate every member of our party. This home had everything expected as listed on the website and instructions for check in and out were clear and simple. Our families are looking forward to staying in the area again and if this property is available, we will definitely be booking in the future.

This place is great. Nicely decorated, comfy beds. Close to beach. The only recommendation would be to provide dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and kitchen towels. Most travelers know they must provide their own toiletries and laundry supplies, but I haven’t had to go buy kitchen supplies before. Wasn’t a huge issue...just had a pile of dishes until we got to the store. We really enjoyed our time here. AC worked great and we had plenty of room for our group of 7. We hope to be back soon!

The Condo was filthy

The condo was filthy. Refrigerator broke cushion covers were filthy dead roaches on the floor in the kitchen. Good access to the beach good access to the pool probably will not rent this property again.
