Appartamento in villa esclusiva a un passo da una delle spiagge più belle dell’isola

Appartamento ben rifinito e fornito (anche per il nostro bimbo di un anno e mezzo) all’interno di una villa con vista mozzafiato e piscina incantevole. Spazi comuni ben frequentati e mai affollati. Cecile sempre disponibile per ogni necessità.

Wunderschöner Ort

Wir haben 5 wunderbare Nächte bei Cecile verbracht. Die Lage ist unübertroffen. Die Gastgeberin sehr nett. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen!

Fantastic stay in Formentor - Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Formentor

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the property and the view are fantastic. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. However, I would recommend a rental car as there are no shopping opportunities on the peninsula. Unfortunately, this part of the island, like the rest, has to contend with the exorbitant amounts of tourists, especially since a new huge hotel has been completed on the beach and the buses are unloading around 100 people on the beach every hour. Unfortunately we had to fight some insects during our stay. On the one hand we had to contend with a lot of mosquitoes the first few nights. If you consistently keep the windows closed and buy mosquito traps at the supermarket, you can sleep well at night. On the other hand, there were some ants in the kitchen and cockroaches in the bathroom. Ms. Chupin rents out several residential units. This means that several parties are present and use the public spaces. You can see very well into the apartment from the pool and this was done despite requests from some people, we had to close the curtains when we were in the apartment. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and Ms. Chupin was usually immediately available on site and asked about our well-being several times. We would recommend the apartment. We can also highly recommend the Eroski Center as a supermarket and Bike Island for bike rental in Pollenca We wish Ms. Chupin the best and thank you for her hospitality.

Unvergesslicher Ausblick & ruhige Lage

Cecile war super nett, spricht Englisch und alles lief reibungslos. Die Wohnungen sind in einer Villa integriert mit eigenen Eingängen. Cecile hat uns die grössere ihrer Ferienwohnungen gegeben, da diese frei war, daher können wir diese Wohnung eigentlich nicht bewerten. Beide Wohnungen haben einen Zugang zur großen Terrasse mit großem Pool, in dem man durchaus schwimmen kann. Zur Lage ist zu sagen, dass der wunderschöne Strand Platja Formentor in ca. 5 Fußminuten erreichbar ist und wirklich toll ist. Außerdem kann man von dort super zu kleinen Wanderungen in Formentor starten, direkt zu Fuß oder man fährt mit dem Bus ab Platja Formentor. Theoretisch bräuchte man kein Auto aber wir waren froh, eins zu haben. An diesem Strand gibt es nur überteuertes Essen/Trinken und kein Supermarkt in nächster Nähe, daher war das Auto von Vorteil. Danke für die schöne Zeit Cecile, wir kommen gern wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft mit freundlicher Besitzerin

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in einem wunderschönen Haus. Die Besitzerin des Hauses wohnt selbst auch dort und ist äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles war sauber und die Lage ist super.
