Great place for WFH and snowboarding

Stayed a with myself and one other person. Great amount of space for working and relaxing. Nice kitchen, well equipped. Nice to have laundry available.

Great Stay!

This was a wonderful property. Great location for everything we had going on for a wedding and visiting family. Very spacious. The owners were easy to contact with any questions and we had a fantastic week in SLC. Would stay again!

Spent great time with family

We drove my parents (86 & 88) to Northern Utah to visit our son and his family. We knew a hotel would not be the most comfortable place for them, so we booked the VRBO, and it was perfect. Two bedroom, two bathroom..plenty of room for everyone. My parents enjoyed the screened-in patio in the evening. This will be our go-to place when we visit Northern Utah from now on.

We really liked our stay. Good size kitchen, well equipped. The covered deck with the grill was a big plus - we've spend a lot of time there despite the summer heat. Having 2 bathrooms was a big plus for us as well. The backyard faces a horse farm, so you can watch the horses and the mountains in the distance - very peaceful. I would definitely stay again. Couple of things to note though, the house is located right across the street from a high school, so when they have their band practicing outside in the parking lot (we stayed in July/August), it can get loud. Also, the house is on an arterial street, so there's some road noise.

Another Delightful Stay!

We absolutely loved staying at Jon and Mony's VRBO!! We walked in and felt right at home (this is our 2nd stay). The place is immaculate, well-furnished, and comfortable. The screened-in back porch is so lovely and we enjoy sitting out there any time of day. The master bedroom is huge and the bed is so comfortable. Jon and Mony are very responsive hosts and easy to reach. We've already booked another stay for next year!

Clean

This was a great place to stay. We picked it because the policy is no dogs, smoking or parties. We knew by this description, that the property was going to be well kept. It was peaceful sitting on the lower level looking at the mountains. Thank you for allowing us to rent your home.

Three weeks of bliss

This was our second year staying at this very comfy house. We love that it has everything we need and shopping is so convenient! Jon and Mony take very good care of their guests. They answered our questions quickly and effectively. Hope we can come back next summer.

Completely Satisfied

This property was even nicer than we expected. The location was perfect for us, close to everthing we needed: shopping (groceries, pharmacy and other stores), our son and his wife and biking streets and trails. Mony and Jon have provided just about everything you would need for a long term like ours. We had a wonderful time!

Our New Favorite VRBO in Utah

What a delightful stay we had at this lovely VRBO! It was immaculate, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The master bedroom king bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the spaciousness of the bedroom. The screened-in back porch area with a view of the mountains was enjoyable both in the morning and evening! The house is well furnished and comfortable. Jon and Mony are responsive and kind owners and we look forward to staying here again next fall! Thank you!

Nice….but,

The property was nice and it fit our needs but…, not enough pillows compared to other Vrbo’s. Pillows were so bad we bought two pillows and donated them to the property. Wish there were more niceties like shampoo, laundry detergent, tv in master bedroom. What WAS really nice was usage of the garage

Very nice home.

Great home! Had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, clean, modern, and comfortable. Only issue was the property has a second unit in the basement, which we did not know about, and the guests checking into that unit arrived at 11:30 at night, while we were in bed. Several men were walking around the house and they freighted us awake, and we almost called the police. We called the owner, and he confirmed they were guests for the basement unit. All ended up well.

Like having a little country in the city!

I was looking for a place convenient to my daughters in South Jordan and Midvale. Boy, did I stumble onto a gem. Not only was the place immaculate and well-stocked, but the location couldn't have been better. My favorite part - the screened in back deck with views of the mountains, horses on two sides, and so many birds. Each morning, I took my coffee out there and I watched the sun come up and the birds go about their "bird business." I even watched two baby sparrows make their first flight. (I hope they're doing well.)

Gateway to the slopes

I enjoyed my five week stay. Skiing was my reason for choosing this property. Jon the owner claims resorts are one hour away that may be true for Park City resorts but I found Solitude and Snowbird to be around 35 to 40 minutes away! The house is nicely laid out and it looks as if the home is new from the inside. The big screen tv and the theatre seating was great! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly want. The propane bbq was right outside the kitchen door and is great for grilling. While nothing is really within walking distance Jordan Landing is about 2 miles away and has every store and restaurants you could want. I really enjoyed my stay the only downside is that the downstairs basement is for rent as well, so occasionally there is a problem with muffled conversation coming thru the air conditioning vents. Overall a great place to to stay, convenient to the slopes and a good value for the price!

Great Stay

My wife, my daughter and I stayed at this property. Upon arrival, we found the home to be cozy and welcoming while having a modern and updated feel. We were very comfortable in the home and the main bedroom is huge. The second bedroom was a nice size as well. We also loved the view of the mountains. Whether looking out of the front window or the back window, the mountains were present. Prior to arriving, Jon was very accommodating and responsive. Overall, this home was perfect for our stay and I would absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a two bedroom. Thank you for everything Jon!!

Amazing 🤩

It was a lovely home. A lot of security measures were taken to provide safety. The house is well organized and it was very comfortable. The scenery from their screened in deck was amazing. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful Oasis

Even though the house is on a main road and right across from a high school, it was a very nice and peaceful place. It had all of the needed amenities in the kitchen and the master bed was extremely comfortable. One of our favorite parts was sitting on the back screened-in deck which looked at horses and mountains, while being situated in the middle of the city. We will come back here for sure.

Great Property

The property is in a great location - only 20 minutes from Salt Lake City. Ready access to Park City, Thanksgiving Point and other attractions. Property was clean and beautifully decorated with fully equipped kitchen. We loved the screened in porch and spent many evenings there. Even though the property is on a main road, noise was not an issue. Would definitely stay there again.
