Experience modern comfort with classic cabin charm in our newly remodeled condo, ideally located between Canyon Lodge and The Village. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces, plush bedding, multiple spas, and a seasonal heated pool. Whether you're skiing, hiking, or just unwinding, our inviting retreat offers the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation.

Our top-floor corner unit is located in the highly sought-after Mountainback complex—just a 10-minute walk to Canyon Lodge, a 15-minute walk to The Village, and steps from the free town shuttle. With over 1,600 sq. ft. of living space, soaring 25-ft ceilings, and modern comforts, our cabin-style condo is the perfect getaway for families and groups.

The condo was perfect for our family, walking distance from canyon lodge for our days snowboarding, enough room behind the building for kids to go sledding. Just all around great time!

Loved the condo will stay again at this property. Everything was as said, property is well equipped and felt that it was a good value. Property was quiet and private and definitely will stay here next year. Property was even better than what was pictured. Host was very communicative and took care of everything!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. From the cleanliness, the size, the beautiful entertainment space, and the kind host. My favorite has to be the attention to details such as the extra towels and blankets, the kitchen utensils, and that amazing heater in the bathroom! Amazing! We made so many great family memories that we’ll cherish forever and we can’t wait to be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. Communication was excellent – I always received a quick response whenever I had a question. The house was fully equipped, and there was even a small welcome package waiting for us, which was such a nice touch. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful. Coming from the Netherlands, we truly enjoyed everything Mammoth Lakes has to offer. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again.

Great location and place

Comfortable and convenient - hot tub was two buildings up and frozen over, but given the amount of snow and what the town was dealing with this is no fault of the host. Wonderful place, would stay again.

Great Property

We had a great time at this property. Our combined family of 9 had a great time, and this cabin accommodated us perfectly. It was within walking distance of the Village, and was a nice jog to Twin Lakes. Our family loved every minute of our stay here. Nice updated space.

Check in was really easy and the host is highly communicate, friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, coffee and other items for cooking. The refrigerator and freezer were large allowing us to stock up on food for our 8 day stay. The location is close to everything. The house looks exactly like it does in the pics. The beds were quite comfortable as were the couches and the dining table was perfect for a large group. It was very comfortable for 2 families with a total of 9 people. Thank you Josh. Highly recommend!

This property is beautiful. Immaculately stocked, clean, and spacious. Plenty of space for up to 10 people. Bunk beds are a bit squeaky though. We will be booking this property again next season!

Loved it!

We had a great few days in Mammoth - the condo was clean and spacious and perfect for our family. Was well equipped and good location near Canyon base. We couldn’t find the hot tubs because of all the snow, but am sure amenities were great too. We will definitely come back!

Great condo

We loved staying at this condo and will stay here again. The pictures don't do it justice - it's very tastefully and comfortably decorated. The kids loved having a bunk room with their own bathroom, and having the den area to play video games and watch movies. We really appreciated how it was stocked with spices and cooking basics as we forgot to pack a few things. Plus the owners were friendly and informative.

Great property and host!

Everything was as advertised. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond when the power went out in the neighborhood and immediately contacted power company and continually updated us until power was restored within an hour. Kitchen was stocked with all the basics and everything was clearly labeled. Will stay again if given the chance

Family Ski Vacation

Great property for a family ski vacation. Easy access to the mountain. Big, open living area, perfect for after ski relaxation. Underground parking is the best. Plenty of space for all guests. A little skimpy on consumables: soap, shampoo, trash bags, aluminum foil, etc., but a 10/10 stay overall. Very nice. ~Erik

Ski vacay

Right from the start, everything was even better than expected! Josh was excellent to communicate with for all information. Shared garage parking spot perfect for unloading. Easy check in with a code on the door. The place is decorated beautifully with an updated cabin feel. Kitchen fully stocked with all cooking supplies. Hot tub was great to have, even with all the snow. Very conveniently located with an easy 5-8 min walk all to Canyon lodge. Definitely would stay again! 10/10

Beautiful Mammoth home!

40th birthday with family

We were greatly surprised with every detail ! Our children had a blast ages 2-6 playing video games and watching family movies . I brought food from home to cook the entire weekends and was surprised to find every baking , cooking utensils and even spices ( I brought my own) but was excited to see that they had all of this on site . The best surprise of all was the cupcakes that they sent for my husbands 40th . This was a beyond kind and thoughtful gesture. ! We definitely will be back !

Great location, awesome property

We stayed here for a week over Ski Week and it was great. We had two families and there was enough space for us to feel like we weren't on top of each other. New appliances, clean kitchen, cupboards stocked with essentials (spices, sauces, condiments etc). Loads of DVD's, Netflix access. 5 min walk up to Canyon Lodge (much easier coming downhill home but still very walkable). Warm apartment with individual thermostat in each room. Easy walk to Gondola to that takes you to village. Parking indoor and guest parking available. Josh was very responsive and accessible during our stay - incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend this if you're skiing!!

Mammoth Family Trip

The condo was wonderful! Exactly as listed and beautifully updated. The owners were so attentive to any question we had. They provided so many extras in the condo like games for the family, humidifiers in every room. All the little things that were so helpful. And the location was perfect for getting the family up to ski and board. A dream vacation!!!

We’re Josh and Molly, and we live in the Los Angeles area with our 2 boys. In our spare time we’re either at the hockey rink or seeking adventure wherever we can find it. We enjoy vacationing and exploring new places, but prefer our home away from home in the mountains of Mammoth Lakes

We grew up coming to Mammoth as kids to ski in the winter and hike/bike/camp in the summer. We love the mountains, the fresh air, and the scenic beauty of the Eastern Sierras so we bought a place to continue this tradition with our kids. We chose this place for its size, location and amenities. When we come to visit we like to brings friends along too, so we needed a place that was large enough to accommodate everyone, be able to walk to the Village and Canyon Lodge, swim in the pool in the summer, and have all the creature comforts from home.

Our place is renovated with a new kitchen, furniture, decor, etc which is rare in Mammoth. Most rentals are dated and feel like a "rental". Our place also sleeps 10 people, has 3 rooms (including the open loft) and 3 full bathrooms.
