Come enjoy our family friendly, perfectly located condo, conveniently/walking distance to shuttle(outside our place)restaurants, bars, grocery store. Condo has a keypad check in, convenient parking & ski locker. This condo has 3 bedroom & 3( Remodeled) full bath, a well-stocked kitchen, living room & dining area(seats 6) , pellets stove. It has pull out couch and dining table. 2 bedrooms have king size beds with en suite full Remodeled bathrooms, with outdoor private deck and third bedroom with a double bed and single bunkbed above
The space is bright & Light 3 bedroom condo that features 4 balconies. 2 on the main level and 2 on downstairs off master bedrooms. Remodeled Kitchen is well equipped for long or short visits along with a pellet stove and heat throughout to keeping the condo toasty on snowy night! No condo above or below this unit. This property is family friendly so no parties, loud music and guest must be 25+ except for children with families.

The host was amazingly responsive! She answered our questions within 30 mins pre-arrival and was even able to find someone to help us with the pellet stove on a Sunday! The home was conveniently located and had plenty of space for our family of 8.

Amazing location and quiet. Right on the bus line if you stay in winter and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.The layout of the condo was perfect for 2 couples and 1 single. Everyone had their own bathroom which was nice. The kitchen was well laid out too with all you need to fix meals.

Family getaway

Condo is perfect for large family. Condo is spacious, walls are thick, beds are comfortable, close to pool and spa, and parking. Great place to stay!

We stayed with 8 total people in the condo and it worked out perfectly. The property was super clean and really fit the mountain vibe of Mammoth. We loved the pellet heater that not only kept the first floor warm but also helped dry out the gloves and boots from hours of being in the snow. The rooms were plenty big and having two king beds with on suite bathrooms worked out perfect. The loft room was great for the teenagers and after opening the windows that overlooked the living room (really cool touch) the room stayed warm all night. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location was really cool. There were multiple restaurants within a 5 minute walk and I noticed on the last day that the green line bus picks up 50’ from the front door to take you to the ski resort. There were only a couple of little things we noticed but none of which would stop us from coming back again next year. The bathrooms never did really heat up so while the water was hot, getting out of the shower took some willpower. The other thing was there is an odd window in one of the bathrooms that should probably have a window covering over it. Overall this place is spectacular! Location, comfort, vibe all were excellent. Rachel was super responsive the entire trip answering question I had. There is a fantastic binder with all the answers to those questions and wouldn’t have had to bother her if I had read it first. We will definitely come back

With teenagers to entertain after a day on the mountain, this condo was perfect. The location is close to everything you and the teens could want, with many restaurants/shops/ice cream within walking distance. Rachel was wonderful and quick to respond to any issue/concern we had. The place was clean and inviting and had everything we needed. We will be back:)

This condo is upgraded throughout and fully stocked. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in their property. I stay at Sierra Park Villas often and there is a wide range of units. This one is at the top, and it is priced average or maybe even below. If it's available, grab it! Great place.
