We are renting out our large family home for 12 people (400 m²), which features 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The property includes a 1.5-hectare garden, not overlooked by neighbors, with a swimming pool (secure access). Located 6 km from Libourne, it’s an ideal base for exploring the region’s vineyards, St. Emilion, the city of Bordeaux, Blake’s Citadel, or simply enjoying some relaxing downtime by the pool. <br><br>Availability: Sunday through Sunday, July 3–24.<br><br>Accommodations: <br>First floor: <br>Fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, classroom (!), large living area (living room, dining room), large game room with foosball table. 2 separate restrooms. <br><br>On the 1st floor: <br>- 1 master suite with shower room and toilet, 180x200 bed,<br>- 1 master suite with bathroom and toilet, 180x200 bed, <br>- 1 double bedroom with a 140x200 bed,<br>- 2 bedrooms with a shower room and toilet, each with 2 single beds (90x200),<br>- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (120x200)<br>- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90x200) <br>- 1 additional separate bathroom <br>- 1 additional separate toilet <br><br>Miscellaneous amenities: <br>Crib, high chair<br>Washer, dryer<br>Nespresso coffee machine<br>Wi-Fi <br><br>In the garden: <br>Swing, shallow pond safe for small children, gas grill, lounge chair and umbrella, garden table and chairs for 12. <br><br>Guest Access: <br>You’ll have access to the entire house except for 2 bedrooms where we store our personal belongings. <br><br>Additional notes: <br>You’re welcome to help yourself to vegetables from our garden and eggs from our chickens. We don’t have a rooster. <br>The gardener will come once a week to perform routine maintenance on the garden and pool. <br>End-of-stay cleaning is required: 200€.
