Destin Resort feel without resort prices or crowds. Free access to 4 beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, water/beach toys. This dog friendly community includes a breathtaking private lake, covered pavilion area for sitting and fishing, picnic tables, bbq grills, 3 newly renovated pools, pickleball / tennis court, laundry facilities, electric car chargers, car vacuum, vending drink machines, boat parking for extra charge (preregistration is necessary), new dog park area onsite, and several large common grass areas for your children and dogs to play. There’s plenty of parking in this gated community. As for, recreational Beach Set up and play, the Back Porch Restaurant & Public Beach Access is down the street about 1/2 mile and .25 more is Henderson State Beach. However, you may walk across the street, grab a bite to eat and drink at the Sun Destin bar & grill then walk take a stroll onto the beach any time. Hypoallergenic Dogs only.

Great long weekend!

We needed to find a place to stay for a long weekend and Omegas property was perfect! Short walk to the beach and it was a nice quiet area! We had a great time and this property was perfect for our family!

Feels like home

Overall everything was 10/10! The condo felt like home ! The community was quiet & safe ! We could literally walk to everything “ fast food, shopping, fun activities for kids”! I’ll definitely be booking again

Not a Crowded High Rise on the Beach

A good central location of Destin. Easy access to the main street and back streets for optional avoidance of traffic. Convenient parking just a few steps from the condo’s door. Quiet and safe surroundings. Pools are a short walk away…Ocean is a walk across the street.. Recommend, especially for family…

Nice little place

Great week in Florida. Ice maker was a plus . Nice balcony. Pools were warm . Mostly quiet except for last night the downstairs was loud and partying .

November on the Beach

Positives were the endless hot water, condo layout, new pots and cooking utensils, fresh container of coffee, the kitchen was very clean, and the bathroom was in excellent condition. The cons were; the unit has three tv's and only one was turn on ready to view. The living room tv requires your email info and setting up an account to access the television, the third tv did not work. We did not go to Florida to sit in front of the television so all in all not a big deal. The grounds are well kept and the laundry room was clean, easy to access and we were very thankful for the time we spent in Florida. Any time is a great time to be on the beach. Merry Christmas and we would definetly book this condo again.

Great Experience. Great Response /Communication from property owner.

Property location and description were just as described. Condo was very clean overall, but the crew did lack attention to getting beside the beds/walls and under the master bed. I don't say this to discourage anyone, I was not displeased overall one bit. I just feel that the owner should be aware. I was unable to locate the dumpster location, but did bag all trash and tie bags up neatly. Sorry !!! The neighborhood was perfect and the location is within walking distance of many great attractions. The condo next to us was having renovations done so there was a little noise that was louder than we anticipated after hours, the Iast night, but it was not too sleep hindering as we were awake enjoying the night air. We would definitely here again .

The Gulf Terrace Condo Complex is the most spacious community that you'll find in Destin. Each 2 story Building of 8 condos is spaced out around a large lake, 3 pools, a tennis court, and picnic/BBQ green areas for your enjoyment. You'll love sitting and relaxing on the 2nd story patio/balcony overseeing the green trees and peaceful, private, and pet-friendly gated community. Plus, there is a heated pool during the winter.
There's a short 15min walk to the public beach access, however, another 1/4 mile you'll access Henderson State Beach, which has walking trails through the sand dunes. Additionally, there are several restaurants, stores, waterpark, minigolf, gator park, and Destin's favorite dog park within walking distance.

We like to walk across the main street to grab some food and drink at Fudpuckers Grill at Sun Destin Resort and enjoy a walk onto the beach in the late afternoon. or Hang out with the locals at the small bar in the back of Beach liquor. On the property there are grassy areas for children and dogs to play. Plus there is a huge lake with a variety of turtles you can feed.
