Maison idéale pour les familles avec piscine privée - Fontaine-de-Vaucluse

Beautiful house completely renovated this year ideally located a few minutes from the village of Fontaine-de-Vaucluse.

This 100m2 house is composed of a living room with television, dining room and fully equipped and fitted open kitchen. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms each with television and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with shower.

Outside, enjoy the swimming pool open from the beginning of May to the end of September, deckchairs and the proximity of the beautiful Sorgue river for your walks.

The house is located very close to a leisure center including a children's park "Nestor Le Castor" as well as the departure of the descents of the Sorgue by canoe-kayak (minimum age 6 years) from the Kayak Vert base.

This proximity causes noise activity during the day (between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) but allows you to benefit from several advantages: unlimited free access for your children to the "Nestor Le Castor" park, FREE descent of the Sorgue by kayak once a week.

The children's park and the kayak base are open from the end of May to the end of September.

The land is fenced and our dog friends are welcome. The price is €100 per dog per stay, to be paid after the booking.


Ideally located to radiate throughout Provence:
- 2 minutes from Isle-sur-la-Sorgue where you will discover a beautiful Provençal market and antique shops
- 5 minutes from Fontaine-de-Vaucluse
- 10 minutes from the perched villages of Mont de Vaucluse: Le Beaucet, La-Roque-sur-Pernes, Venasque
- 15 minutes from the perched villages of the Luberon (Ménerbes, Oppède, Gordes)
- 30 minutes from the Alpilles (Eygalières, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence)
- 45 minutes from the beaches of the blue coast

Lovely stay in Provence

The place is set quite in the middle of Provence, perfect for day travels to most villages. The house is comfortable, well equipped and with information on what to do around. One can visit Provence or there are numerous nature/adventure activities in the vecinity. Alice is very kind and was attentive to when we arrived. They also provided a free pass for the children’s nature park right beside. Our children were fascinated.

Séjour idéal au Refuge du Castor

Très bon séjour au Refuge du Castor ! Emplacement idéal pour visiter le Luberon et ses beaux villages. La maison est très bien équipée, terrain totalement clos, peut-être ajouter des tables de nuit avec des petites lampes. Très bonne communication avec Roman et Belinda. Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Modernes Haus

Wir haben das tolle Haus und den gemütlichen Aussenbereich sehr genossen. Auch für meinen Hund war der Garten ideal. Zur Abkühlung (für den Hund) gab es die gleich nebenan fliessende Sorgue. Sehr gute Ausgangslage für viele Entdeckungsreisen und Besichtigungen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Leider hat der TV nicht funktioniert und es war Fussball-EM….

Great house for a vacation

We really liked the house and the contact with Roman worked great, questions were answered very quickly and there were no problems. The house is very well maintained and for us as a family with a dog it was a great house. The garden is completely fenced so our dog couldn't run away and our car was safe on the property. We can recommend the house and Roman, we spent a great 14 days vacation there.
