In the commune of Telgruc-sur-Mer, we offer this charming 92 m² gîte in an old farmhouse that can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 200 m² garden and terrace. Wifi, cleaning, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, wood-burning stove in the large fireplace, sofas, armchairs, coffee table and dining area.
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker...

1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed and two single beds.
- Bathroom with shower
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC
- Separate WC.

Outside area :
- A 200 m² garden with one part private and the other to be shared with the other gîtes.
- A north-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying the sun in the evening.
- PRIVATE OUTDOOR NORDIC BATH accessible all year round (sleeps 8)


For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The gîte is ideally located in Telgruc-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings close to coastal paths and the ocean. Nearby, 5 km away, or in the town of Crozon, 10 km away, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

- Cultural visits: there are a number of museums on offer, including the "musée des métiers vivants" in Argol and the "musée des Minéraux" in Morgat. You can also visit a traditional cider factory in Telgruc or the sea caves in Morgat.
- Gastronomic heritage: oysters, spider crab, cotriade, crêpes, conger stew, Quimper-style Breton stew, praie, crêpes dentelles, etc.
- Events: Festival du bout du monde at the beginning of August in Lanvéoc, maritime festival of old riggings in Brest.
- The GR 34 is within walking distance (1.4 km) of the gite.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the car park shared by the four gîtes or in the square in front of the gîte.

- All household linen (duvet covers, sheets), towels and tea towels are provided. Bathrobes are also available for the private bath.

- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- A wood-burning stove is available, the first basket of wood is free, the next will be at an extra cost of 10€, request and payment on site.
