We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Xonrupt-Longemer, this charming house, in the valley of the three lakes, of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accomodate until 10 travellers (ideal for 6 adults and 2 children. It is composed of a nice living room of 22 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 250 m² and a terrace. Wifi (optical fiber), we are waiting for you!

The housing is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining shower room with toilet.
- A game room with table soccer, ping-pong table, darts and storage for skis.
- A storage room with a refrigerator.
- A boiler room.

On the first floor :
- A living room of 22 m² within a veranda with TV, DVD player, convertible sofa (double), armchair and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, cooking plates, refrigerator, dishwasher, raclette-pierrade machine, senseo coffee machine...
- Room 2 : a double bed (140×190).
- Room 3: a double bed (140×190).
- Room 4: two single beds.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Exterior:
- A beautiful unfenced garden of 250 m² with a playground for children.
- A terrace of 35 m² with furniture including barbecue to enjoy the nice days.
- A balcony of 6 m² at the front of the house with a view on the mountain.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, baby bed (umbrella), three high chairs, baby bathtub, fan, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The accommodation is located in a quiet area surrounded by nature in the typical mountain village of Xonrupt-Longemer. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby but also from boutiques, ski rental, restaurants, bars, market...

- Poli ski resort located 3.8 km away (8 minutes by car)
- La Bresse and Gerardmer ski resorts located at about 10 km (13 minutes by car)

- Colmar located at 48,7 km (1h02 by car)

Activities :
In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing is offered to you on the ski area of Poli, Gerardmer or La Bresse! Live a unique experience by skiing at night on sound tracks, go snowboarding, sledding, downhill skiing and for more sensations, try the experience of pony-sledding or a dog sled ride! In December, come to the magnificent Christmas market, followed by the Saint-Nicolas parade and in January, we await you for the fantastic film festival!

In summer, come and enjoy the beauty of the different landscapes of the region! Between the different lakes and the breathtaking viewpoints, you will be able to enjoy many activities: cycling, climbing, fishing or hiking (Randoland) but also different water sports on the sumptuous lake of Longemer!

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage which can accommodate 1 vehicle or at the front of the house for 4 vehicles.

- Nearest train station: Metzeral train station located at 35 km (45 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport located at 110 km (1h34 by car)
