This beautiful non-smoking 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, we call Bahia155, is located on the first floor with tile flooring throughout. It's exactly the space you need for convenience, relaxation and cleanliness. Walk out the sliding glass door to overlook the 6th tee box of Isla del Sol Yacht and Country Club and only sixty steps from the heated pool and hot tub.

You will love the easy access of this location for your Gulf vacation get away.

**** Contactless Check-In **** Front door is keypad access, so no need to carry keys. You will be assigned an access code that is valid for the length of your stay.

After your travels, you will find waiting in the fridge a selection of Coke, Diet Coke and bottled water. On the counter, a few sweet and salty snacks.

Bahia155 offers a master suite with a king bed, a spacious double-vanity bathroom, shower/tub combo and a gorgeous view. The guest suite contains two FULL size beds and a full bathroom w/ shower on the opposite side of the condo, for privacy and comfort. A great room for the older kids or weekend get away with friends. A third sleeping option is the leather sofa sleeper in the Living area.

Three Flat ROKU Smart TV's are located throughout, one 50" 4K UHD in the living area and one 40" in each bedroom. Login to your favorite viewing APP(s) on any of the TV's.

Each bedroom boasts new (2021) Sealy mattresses, plenty of storage via dressers, and each bedroom has walk-in closets, ceiling fans and plenty of lights.

In the hall off the second bedroom, you will find a brand new (2021) GE washer / dryer set. Easy laundry means less clothes to pack. Bathing towels and pool towels are available for use.

New AC system April 2021

Staying at Bahia155 offers the ability to shop and store groceries in the well equipped kitchen. All new (2021) appliances offer a great use experience. Microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher and full-size refrigerator and ALL new! A Keurig machine awaits your K-Cup every morning. There is an electric grill available to use on the back patio.

All bedding, bath towels, pool towels, dish soap, laundry soap, TP, trash bags and more all included at quantities reasonable for the term of your stay.

24 hour / 7 day on-site security team.

Please Note: This community requires advance registration, 15 days before arrival. This property cannot be booked less than 15 days before your arrival date. Reservations that are made and can not meet this requirement may be modified or cancelled. If you have questions, please contact us.

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is in a nice golf community and was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The location is close to the beach as well as numerous restaurants and other attractions. We highly recommend it.

Home away from home

Great location, quiet complex, beautiful & comfortable living (linens, towels, bed, sofa), everything you need (cooler, beach bag, umbrella, Beach towels, beach chairs). I can’t say enough about how perfect everything was. Thankful for a wonderful vacation. It truly felt like home!!!

Clean, comfortable, and a great location

We spent a month in this condo. It is roomy and comfortable. Fully furnished and exceptionally clean. The perfect location for getting to the beach via walk, bike or car. Ground floor is so appealing, with no stairs to use. Great place!

Back in St. Pete!

Once again we had a great time in the St. Petersburg area visiting friends and family, as well as just relaxing and enjoying beautiful walks at Isla Del Sol. The condo met all of our needs and was problem free. We highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay in the St. Pete Beach/St. Petersburg area. So much in the area to enjoy!

Return trip to an excellent condo

This property is an amazing base of operations for vacations with a family of up to 5 people. We stayed here before and it was superb. Clean, easy to access, good pool amenities less than 60 feet away, minutes to Pass A Grille and St. Pete Beach and about an hour from Siesta Key. About 20 minute drive to downtown St. Pete where there are lots of shops and restaurants to enjoy. Property is comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy the Florida sun. I highly recommend and will certainly be back again.

Perfect place to Stay

If you want a GREAT place to stay in St. Petersburg, this is the place for you. The Condo was spotless and I mean SPOTLESS!!!! You were also greeted with snack, soda and water in the refrigerator upon your arrival. The beds were very comfortable and if you needed anything the owner was very fast in getting back with you. We took our bikes so we rode everywhere. The bike paths are amazing and right in front of our complex. We rode to the beach, to play pickleball and each path was beautiful and very nice. I would highly recommend this condo.

Comfortable, clean, convenient condo

My family and I stayed at the condo for nine days. The property owners were always prompt and courteous in their replies when I had questions leading up to our stay as this was my first experience with a Vrbo rental. The condo is very nice and quite comfortable. There is enough room for multiple children and parents to relax and have their own quiet repose as needed. The pool and hot tub are a quick 50-100 steps from the front door. The property was clean on arrival and had the essentials we needed to start our vacation. The location is excellent with a dedicated parking spot in a safe, quiet community. Driving to the beaches nearby is quick and easy. We found this to be an excellent base of operations for our vacation as we could easily venture to surrounding areas in minimal time. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable home during their vacation. I will certainly rent this property again in the future.

Nice space for many people - close to the beach and St Pete's

Enjoyed our stay, place was plenty big for a family of 5. Liked that the bedrooms were at opposite ends of the condo, so we each had a little bit of privacy. Kids were excited about the welcome basket of snacks and the drinks in the fridge.

Super location for many great experiences. Beautiful & quiet setting. Condo was well furnished (and stocked) with everything comfortable, in good working order & clean. Also enjoyed the well lit & safe walking areas. Views of the fountains & water are so relaxing. Excellent hosts. Highly recommended!

Peace and Quiet

Our 12 hour drive turned into 16 hours. We made it to the condo late. We all immediately went to bed and it was so nice. The linens smelled so fresh and amazing. All the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The condo provided everything we needed for our week. The pool was wonderful and just steps away. We enjoyed our time here and will recommend to others!

Quiet, clean and close to beach

This sweet little condo is very clean, well organized, decorated and very close to beaches. We had a great time and were so impressed with all the "little things" that were thought of to support an enjoyable stay. umbrella, beach towels, beach umbrella, chairs, paper plates and even snacks with cokes waiting for us. Our family absolutley loved it!

Amazing place

The area was family friendly. The condo was very clean, spacious, and well equipped. It has two beach chairs and a cooler for you to use. It has everything you need for a long stay, from an equipped kitchen to clean towels and blankets. Great communication with owners. Would greatly recommend!

Great place to stay in St. Pete Beach

Very clean and updated property. It's very close to the pool and a quick drive/walk to the beach. We were greeted with a basket of snacks and water/coke in the refrigerator. We plan on renting this property again.

Great place to stay!

Nice comfortable condo in an Awesome location!!

My family really enjoyed staying at this condo as it was the perfect location to many of the beaches we went to. This condo is located in a golf community that was nice and safe. The condo was cleaned, with very comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, and enough space to relax after a day of enjoying the many beaches. THANK YOU!!.

We are a family of 3 from Kansas City that has been coming to this same complex since we were married in 1999. Holly has been coming since before that, when Grandpa and Uncle both bought condos. We have had family owned condos in Vista Verde East for decades and always dreamed of having our own some day. "Some day" came, and now we own 155, but love to be able to share it with others. We hope you too will find the same love we have for the area. Thank-you for considering our place for your family and we hope to be able to accommodate your trip.

They say real estate is location, location, location. Well, with this location comes beauty, beauty, beauty. Isla Del Sol has so many sunshine days. When we would come to visit, our Grandpa used to say that bad weather just always went around St Pete. And we believe him. Clouds never seem to hang around long, and the sunshine is plentiful.

Bahia155 is real close to St Pete Beach. We love being able to just walk over the bridge and be at one of the greatest beaches in the US.

We also love the 24-7 security of Vista Verde East. You will always be able to find an on-duty security representative. It's just nice for piece-of-mind.
