The customer service at this property is off the charts. They were the most responsive hosts we’ve ever had. They were fantastic to work with. We loved our stay and it had all we needed. We loved the hot tub! It was the reason we booked this location. We use the bikes in the kitchen and all the cookware needed to prepare great food. The place was conveniently located here everywhere we needed to go

Perfect location! Very comfortable place to stay for 3 of us on a Girl's Getaway. Easy to walk or drive to whatever we wanted to do. Host has excellent communication and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this home away from home!

The. Best.

Everything about this stay was incredible. Ed and his family have set up an amazing stay in one of the most enjoyable places we’ve been as a family. Everything about the property was nails! Check in was outstanding, especially because there was a tablet set up with videos for EVERY possible thing you could encounter. The neighborhood is super nice, the hot tub and yard were great for both us and the kids and the house had everything we could ask for. Fantastic experience and HIGHLY recommend! 5 stars every day, all day.

Everything was great. Really enjoyed the hot tub. House was bigger than I needed, so we did not even use the basement.

Great neighborhood

This is a great house in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was wonderful in the morning after coffee. Well equipt kitchen, nice bbq, bikes if you want to bike to town,tablet provided for check-in and facts to know about the house, location, and recommentations.

Nice week in CDA

Well appointed, technologically modern home near downtown CDA. This cozy home is within walking distance to the lake and parks. We enjoyed using the private backyard hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. The owners were responsive, helpful and great to work with. It was a nice place to be able to visit family in the area.

Wonderful Property

The property and host were amazing. We did have a mistake from VRBO giving the wrong access code to the property. The host however cleared everything up and it was an overall wonderful experience!!

Best VRBO Experience I've Ever Had!

This truly was the best experience I've had with any vacation rental. The property itself was even better than I expected based on the description and pictures from the listing. We had everything we needed, the property was immaculate, and the check-in/out instructions were very clear. Edward was very responsive and such a pleasure to work with. Coeur d'Alene is a beautiful area and this property is in a prime location. It's obvious that our hosts care very much about creating a wonderful experience for their guests and I am so appreciative of their generosity!

Great family spot

We attended a wedding and needed a location near downtown CDA. It was perfect. House was clean and well provisioned. Beds were comfortable. House was cozy. Hot tub was a nice extra. Host’s communication was great -very responsive. Highly recommend.

Wonderful 4-night stay, everything as described & exceeded

This was a wonderful home for the 5 of us. Everything was very clean. Check in was easy. The host very responsive and kind. The house was well stocked with the things you need everyday: dishes, cooking items, seasonings, utensils. You name it was was there for our convenience. The neighborhood was quiet and close to downtown. The bikes were fun for us to ride around the neighborhoods. We didnt use the hot tub primarily because the daytime temps were so hot we just didnt want to get hot. But, it looked nice, well maintained, and easy to use. I hope we adventure back to Coeur d’Alene soon and I hope this home is available again.

Perfect for our trip!

This is the best-stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed at. The owners have been really thoughtful about their choices and were quick to respond to any question. The teens loved having bikes to go downtown, 5 minute ride and 15 minute walk to City Beach. Air conditioning saved the day with temperatures around 100 all week. We were very comfortable and having one bedroom/bath downstairs have a real privacy separation.

Excellent location

We had a great stay in Couer d'Alene, thanks to the convenient location of this home. Quiet neighborhood. A quick hop to great food, the park, the lake and a lot of our activities. Unloading our bikes and stuff on a rainy day was no big deal with the carport and garage access. The house is set up nice with all you need in the kitchen. We loved the big downstairs bathroom (big bathtub). After a day biking, hiking, exploring or riding rollercoasters at Silverwood, the hot tub was a blessing. Communication with the host was top notch. Couldn't ask for more. We'll be back.

Lovely, Cozy, Well-Appointed Home with Exceptional Hosts

We had an amazing stay in CDA at this cozy property. The owners have done a FANTASTIC job making operating electronics and meeting check out expectations simple and easy. The property is impeccably clean and comfortable with many thoughtful amenities including games and coloring books for the kids, bicycles to ride to near by stores and restaurants and it is conveniently located for exploring CDA, Hayden and the surrounding area. We had an exceptional experience and the owners were easy to communicate with and invested in our enjoyment of our stay!

My wife and I have loved North Idaho for some time now. We love all of the outdoor activities and enjoy sharing this beautiful area with family and friends. We enjoy renting to folks who appreciate evertything North Idaho has to offer.

Although our home is not the largest or most expensive, it is comfy and fun. It was important to us to provide things that folks could enjoy without incurring added costs, such as bicycles, board games, outdoor games, beach chairs, beach towels, and popular streaming channels.

My wife wanted to provide ladies with small luxury items like full-length mirrors, makeup mirrors & towels, Q-tips, and cotton balls. She also made it appoint to provide families with small children with childware, high chair, pack & play, stroller, and games so that travel for them would be easier and without the extra costs.

Although our kitchen is not the largest, it is equipped with several variations of coffee machines, teapots, spices, and most items a family would need to bake or cook.

To make a long story short, we hope you book with us so you can fall in love with North Idaho the way we have, and we want you to know, MI CASA ES TU CASA- Our home is your home.
