Perfect location!

We had the best time during our stay, this was our first time visiting CDA and we will be back! We were able to explore by foot all that CDA has to offer. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and downtown while also spending time enjoying the lake from the patio! Jack was responsive and so helpful with recommendations. So happy to have found this gem!

Great place!

The cottage was very clean and cozy and the hosts are awesome! They provided us a lot of information about the area, things to do, etc. and always quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Great stay and owner is very accommodating. Close walk to dog park, downtown and beach. Definitely trying to stay here again for our next visit!

Beautiful view!

Very cozy cottage, close to everything, with a lake view. Fall is a wonderful time to visit Coeur d’Alene.

Beautiful lake view, amazing host

This property more than lived up to the description. Everything you need in the kitchen, kayaks and bikes in the garage, and a very responsive host. The location next to the hiking trail and proximity to town was perfect. Highly recommend.

Magical Place to Stay

Coeur D Alene is a fun and beautiful place to visit. The lake view from the home's dining room table is breath taking. Jack's home offers every opportunity explore the area, enjoy your family, or just relax, unwind and enjoy.

Great Place!

Great location, clean, great beds, well stocked perfect for us! Close to town and Tubbs Hill. I cant say even one negative remark about this lovely place. Plus, owner is excellent and easy to work with! This is the 2nd time we've stayed here, and will be back.

Great stay close to beach - kayaks and bikes

Very nice place with a front balcony that had great seating and a partial view of the lake. The place was clean and comfortable. Best of all was the garage full of bikes and kayaks! The beach was just a half block away across the street, so we could launch the kayaks down there. And easy to bike from the house in various directions.

Relaxing

The cottage was a very relaxing place to be. We enjoyed seating on the porch. The owner was very accommodating we ended up extending our stay by an extra day. We would definitely return.

Awesome little cottage! Perfect for our family of four to gather for Thanksgiving. Close to town and directly across from Lake CoeurD’Alene. It had everything (& more) we wanted for a long weekend getaway…even bikes and kayaks!! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the bedding was cozy and we were walking (or biking) distance to anywhere.

Very clean, very well-stocked, and extremely comfortable. The location is perfect for walks, hikes, bike riding and shopping. Everything we needed was within walking distance. We would have loved to extend our stay if not for real-life!

We purchased the Lakeshore Cottage in 2005 and have had many repeat customers and even some "celebrity" guests. We work hard to make guests feel welcome and to enjoy their vacation or business travel stay. We go out of our way to offer all the amenities of home along with bicycles, kayaks, and sporting equipment to use to save you time and money from renting in town.

The Sander's Beach neighborhood is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in all of Coeur d'Alene. It is quiet, peaceful and yet it's just 2 minutes from downtown. The neighbors are very friendly and many will wave "hello" from the street as they walk with family, friends or pets. It's a beautiful area and the view to the lake and Tubb's Hill is wonderful.

This quaint home has a superb front porch view with lots of seating for dining or enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Sit by the firepit and enjoy the gentle breeze off of the lake. We offer all the amenities of home inside the Lakeshore Cottage and in the garage, there are bicycles (two electric bikes too!) and kayaks for up to 4 persons. (a 2-person kayak and two singles).
