Small luxurious cellar studio apartment in this cozy family home. Recently updated with trendy decor, well-maintained and sparkling clean. Sleeps 2 and close to everything - the hospital, clinic, college, convention center, grocery stores, and the Columbia River Loop Trail. Amenities include private entrance and patio, hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, custom double shower, 50" flat screen smart TV and washer and dryer. The fully-equipped custom kitchen includes all the amenities and tons of storage space.

2nd time that I have stayed at this property. Apartment is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything needed for an extend stay. Quiet and private. Onsite hosts are available if need and respectful of guests. This stay, like the last, was a pleasure and met my needs and expectation. Property as advertised.

The cellar apartment is perfectly comfortable and clean. The private hot tub was a bonus! Homeowners were very nice and helpful!

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay here! It is a beautifully decorated luxury apartment with so many nice touches, extras and beautiful grounds. It was, without a doubt, the most immaculately clean rental we've ever stayed in and we've stayed in a lot! They had a bottle of wine, chocolates and even breakfast fixings upon our arrival which is truly a thoughtful touch. Courtney the owner really helped us out of a bind with a personal issue that had come up for us and I really appreciated it. We are looking forward to our next stay here to check out all that the area has to offer with the wonderful hikes in The Enchantments and surrounding areas. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!!!!

Gorgeous and comfortable space!

I loved staying in this space for 2.5mo. Clean, beautifully decorated, and well apportioned. Courtney was easy to communicate with and was very responsive. I never met her in person, but I did meet her parents who live upstairs. They were so friendly, respectful and I truly enjoyed interacting with them. The hot tub was an added bonus even though I only used it once. The location was great too, close to everything. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

A Quaint Apartment with Rustic Elegance

One of the highlights during our stay in Wenatchee was our cozy, cellar apartment! It is pristine, elegant, and centrally located; with downtown Wenatchee and multiple recreational options nearby. Within 5 minutes you can enjoy the gorgeous waterfront along the Columbia River, or hike on the foothills trails. The property managers and owners are graciously helpful. We highly recommend staying at this apartment. I know we look forward to our return in the future.

This would be my forever vacation rental

What made staying at Courtney and Brian's my forever rental was the comfort and cozy feeling of being at home. Very clean and well stocked with all the supplies you would need. The decor and spa added a nice touch of comfort. We stayed there for three months and would highly recommend their rental. Perfect for a couple or little family. Courtney is an amazing host and kept open communication throughout our stay. We already miss our hone away from home. Thanks for everything and welcoming us into your hone through my travel assignment. Until next time A Hui Ho! 🌸
