The pool deck offers ample seating and a gas grill, and the Southern West exposure is perfect for entertaining by the pool.

Liked the layout of the house. The Lanai with pool just beautiful. I cook and disappointed with pans. The corner cabinet holding pans should be emptied, old pans tossed and new ones bought. Plastic serving bowls old and should be replaced. Everything else was great.

The Pelican house in Cape Coral

Love the location and area. I really liked the way the house is laid out. We were disappointed in the pool not being heated as we never even got to use it. House keeping didn't do a very good job cleaning as ceiling fans needed cleaned bad and master bathroom sinks drain was plugged with hair and would not drain well. Kitchen was well supplied with anything that we needed. Upon arrival the ice maker didn:t. work froze up but property manager helped to have it fixed all is good. I was a very nice and relaxing neighborhood.

Nice quiet home

The house had all we needed for a week’s stay, and was about 30 minutes from Fort Myers Beach for days out.

This house is super nice !

This house is exactly like the description and the pictures in the listing, its a beautiful house in a great area and we are glad that we booked this and will come back for sure ! The kitchen is very clean and fully equipped with everything, many pots and pans. The fire place in the living room is a nice feature and two big sliding doors to the lanai. All bedrooms are very cozy and the beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are very nice and super clean ! We loved that the backyard is fully fenced and private and lanai with the pool is great ! We recommend this house for everyones vacation. The manager is easy to contact and is very nice. Thanks !
