Located within a mile of downtown and the Eddy Street Commons, and just a little further to campus, this house is in a perfect location to enjoy everything South Bend has to offer without having to deal with the hassle of game day traffic.
With two bedrooms and three beds, there is plenty of room for four people to stay. Recently renovated, the living room is very open with lots of natural light, making it a great place to relax before or after the game. For those wanting to watch TV, enjoy the brand new 55" 4K TV with streaming services already loaded and high speed fiber optic internet. Interested in cooking a meal? The house has a brand new kitchen, including all new appliances. Enjoy the fresh air in the fenced in backyard sitting at the picnic table, or next to the fire pit. For those with multiple cars, there is plenty of parking on the street and also the side yard.
