Sterling Reef 102 is a beautifully decorated 2BR/2BA BeachFRONT condo. Enjoy amazing Gulf Views of the sugar-white sands and the emerald waters from your large, private balcony as well as the living room, kitchen and master bedroom! This condo features a king bed in the master bedroom with balcony access, a queen bed in the guest room, and a sleeper sofa, sleeping 6 guests comfortably. With its breath-taking views and convenient location, Sterling Reef 102 will definitely be your next family favorite vacation destination!

***Each vehicle must be registered from the link provided prior to arrival. Parking Fee Registration is $50 per vehicle - limit 2 vehicles.

Built in 2005, Sterling Reef is in a fantastic location on Panama City Beach, only .5 miles from Shipwreck Island and within walking distance of the fishing pier. Vacation rentals at this lovely resort have a seasonally heated 4000sqft bi-level pool with waterfall at their disposal, a fitness center overlooking the pool and beach area, an activity room w/ flatscreen TV, and grills on the sky terrace. Watersport rentals are also available.

Room was amazing. Only issue was room was supposed to come with beach chair service. The company over this did not up date there system so we did not get chairs till last day

Relaxing Getaway!

My family and I enjoyed a much needed relaxing getaway at this condo. The property was very clean and the view was amazing! We spent so much time just sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves and enjoying the ocean air. The beach was instantly accessible whenever we wanted to spend time in the sand and water. We had a great time and would definitely consider visiting again!

Beautiful

We have been vacationing in PCB for years and this is the nicest condo we have evwr stayed at. The balcony is massive and the roo. Is absolutely beautiful! Easy drive to everything and the the view of the beach was amazing! We did have some problems with the air conditioning but it was so easy to just text RealJoy to get it resolved. We definitely will be staying with RealJoy again!!

Family Vacation

Condo was very clean and exactly as portrayed. This property is located on the first floor which is actually the fifth floor because the parking garage is under the condos. The pool was very well maintained. I would go again!

Sterling Reef Unit and Resort as advertised

We loved having the lower floor unit which was close to parking and stairs. The oversized balcony was a big plus. The unit was as advertised and met our needs very well. Real Joy Vacations was a pleasure to work with. Real Joy Vacations/Owner were prompt in communication and responsed to any questions we had very quickly.

Panama city

Only problem we had was checking in. Code wouldn’t work for the door and no one would answer the phone to help us get the correct one. If the security guard hadn’t known the owner and called them for us I don’t know how we would have gotten in.

Family vacation

Our stay was overall okay. When inside we like to go barefoot. We noticed that the bottom of our feet were black. At first we thought it was from the balcony, but realized the floors in the condo were very dirty. To look at them they looked fine. We were disappointed that upon our arrival we found out the pools were closed for maintance. The view, however, was amazing!!

Great but noisy

The condo was very nice and just as described but there was construction going on right outside our door. It was loud, noisy and annoying. Wish we would have known this. You can also hear all your neighbors and the traffic. They needed to sound proof or insulate better. Also there were some guest shoot off fireworks our first night there.

Overall - an amazing place to stay!

We absolutely loved the big balcony with the most incredible view. The condo was great with comfortable beds, couches and chairs. The only inconvenience is with the elevator in the building. It is so slow and you have to get your stuff/kids on so quick before the door tries to close. You can’t hold it open or it will shutdown the elevator. Definitely makes it tricky with all the beach stuff and kiddos. Also, during peak times of the day you can wait up to 20 mins for the elevator, super frustrating.

Best vacation ever!!

This property is fantastic!! We couldn’t have asked for anything better! The property was just like in the pictures. The condo was very clean. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing to be aware of is that there is construction going on at the building, and they start working at 7 am. Also, the beach chair service is completely separate from the condo, and the 2 guys working the beach chair service were extremely rude! It said in our contract with the condo that we had free beach chair service and when I showed the 2 guys, they said that they don’t honor the free beach chair service! And told us it would be $40 a day to rent 2 beach chairs.

Disappointed

We had to call for the code to check in and wait on hold for almost 20 minutes. The condo itself was not well stocked - no hot pads to use for the oven, 1 dishcloth and towel. I used the washing machine the last night of our stay and it left black stains on some of our clothes. The dryer did not work properly either. Also, lots of dust visible under the master bedroom bed.

Disappointed.

Great location, but not clean. The entrance was totally dark with a bad bulb, the trash receptacle was full and the tenets above just tossed trash off their balcony onto ours. The building also required visitors to wear a yellow band that you cannot remove once put on. Totally NOT safe to highlight for everyone where you are staying. We had a bad experience with that. Also the power went out a few times during our stay and we got stuck in the elevator. We didn’t want to take it again, but the building staff refused to unlock the doors to the stairs. They said that was for their safety, yet there was supposedly a security officer somewhere. Getting trapped once in a hot elevator was one time too many and not something we wanted to do again. It seems like the building should be updated to allow guests to take the stairs. There are a multitude of reasons that should be an option. The tenants above us and to the side smoked on the balcony making it unpleasant to sit outside. It was disappointing.
