Gulf front views with spectacular sunsets in a low-density complex with brand new elevators. Ahhhh.....

Open the door to Z's Beach Retreat, located on the 5th floor, & you immediately have a picture perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico, which pulls you to the balcony. Our "home away from home" is carefully and thoughtfully decorated to make your stay memorable and comfortable. From the FREE BEACH SERVICE (2 chairs & an umbrella set up daily - a $50/day value) included with your stay, to the pool and children's pool, expansive beach, and exercise room, Sterling Reef 502 offers great comfort and amenities. Plus, there are no long walks to your car as the garage is occupies the first three floors of the building.

Please note: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING unit - no smoking/vaping in the unit, balcony, or any of the common areas. Smoking/vaping is only permitted on the top, outside level of the garage on the 3rd floor patio. This condo can accommodate 4 adults over the age of 25. For families, we allow 2 additional children for a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Parking fee is $50 per vehicle (Max 2 Vehicles).

The king-sized master bedroom overlooks the Gulf with an oversized bath and closet. The second guest room has a queen bed and immediate access to the second bath. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper in the living room for guests. There is a convenient in-unit washer & dryer, and the fully equipped kitchen and granite island tie it all together and make this condo a premier choice for your beach escape.

Bring your camera to capture the views from the large private balcony that overlooks the emerald water and white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. Catch the amazing sunsets, or if you're lucky, the various fireworks shows on the 4th and New Year's Eve. Enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast as you watch the dolphins, stingrays, turtles, and large schools of fish just off the beach and in the distance.

The complex offers a pool and children's pool adjacent to the beach. Additionally, there is a fully-equipped exercise room and convenient, close covered parking. You'll have access to jet ski rentals & banana boat rides right on the beach! In the immediate area you will find dozens of shops and golf cart/scooter rentals, miniature golf, and plenty of great restaurants. You will also find some unique opportunities such as Shipwreck Water Park, Indulgence Spa & Salon, and the MB Miller Fishing Pier. You may have come for the beach, but Sterling Reef offers so much more with all its attractions and enjoyments. Welcome to Z's Beach Retreat.

No Smoking/Vaping Allowed - only allowed on L3 level. $100 fee for smoking on Sterling Reef property. $500 cleaning fee charged for smoking in unit.
Wristbands must be worn on property for guests 8 years+. All 6 bands must be returned to hangers near the door to avoid replacement fee of $25 each.
Only two vehicles are allowed to be parked in the garage and must be registered through Guest Services ($50 each). No golf carts allowed in garage.

Wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying in this condo. We love the location and convenience of parking. You are within walking distance to shops, restaurants, water park, mini golf and more! It isn't overly crowded and we really enjoy the perk of having chair service down at the beach! The condo is clean and spacious for our family of 5. The beds are comfortable and the box fan in the closet was a nice surprise this trip! The view from the 5th floor is absolutely beautiful! We will definitely be coming back!

Great location by Fishing Pier

We enjoyed our stay with great location close to fishing pier. Covered parking with easy walk to condo, pool, and beach. Having beach service included was a big plus. Condo was nicely decorated with all the essentials needed for our stay. Large balcony with nice view of pier. Would definitely stay here again.

Short break from the snow up north

We have stayed at Sterling Reef before and like the walk to the pier and restaurants. Great balcony, super kitchen and comfy furniture and beds. Parking is easy.

AMAZING!!!

We had a Great Time in y’all’s GORGEOUS Condo! My Pen-Pal (Carol) & I stayed here from October 13th through October 17th. We have been Pen-Pal’s for 53 years and Carol had never been to a Florida Beach! We Both Loved It!! This Beautiful Condo is exactly as described by the Wonderful Owners, Amy & Brian! They Both Immediately responded back to me on a question I had. They were Awesome!! Thanks, Amy & Brian!! We would Definitely stay here Again. Thank You! (Risa)

Just OK

The condo itself looks great when you walk in. Living room seating is uncomfortable. Both beds are hard but the guest room is so hard that neither of us could sleep on it. My mother who is elderly had to come sleep in my bed. She has back, hip and legs issues. No one really got any sleep. In the guest bedroom there was a pillow in the case that was really gross. Stains on it. From that point on we really felt like we weren’t staying in a clean place. If you can sleep on a hard bed then this condo is right for you! Need to do some updating on furniture and mattresses and pillows. The pillows except for the cloth one I spoke of are hospital pillows and are so flat.

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is so clean and decorated so cute/beachy, which I absolutely love! The location is perfect! Walking distance to restaurants, stores, waterpark and the pier! The view from the balcony is beautiful and we used the reserved beach chairs everyday!! The pool was nice and not overly crowded. Doesn’t get much better than this! We will definitely stay here again!

Nice condo with great view.

We loved the condo itself. Kitchen had everything we needed. Patio was great. Having laundry in unit is always good. Only things that weren't so great, the drain in master bathtub was very slow and the bed in Master wasn't comfy at all. Of course I realize everyone has different preferences concerning beds. The main reason we probably wouldn't rent again is because of the elevator situation. It was always slow and crowded. Building is very noisy and rooms arent sound proof. But...the beach is awesome and that's where we spent most of our time.

Our vacation

This was our 2nd time at PCB and we really enjoyed the property. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Beds were comfy and the view was perfect. The beach was relaxing and we enjoyed jet skis, there were also other water activities to enjoy if you wanted. A grocery store is nearby as well as plenty of restaurants and entertainment if you choose. The property was a comfortable place to retreat to when we were done with our day in the beautiful Florida weather. Thanks to Amy for being an amazing host and very responsive to our questions when we checked in!

I would recommend this facility to anyone with children. It was very safe. Guards were seen at all times the cleanliness of the room was superb. Loved having the washer and dryer with Young adults. There was six of us ages 19 to 12 in children and then my husband and myself. It was all around a great time. The facility was so comfortable and so welcoming would recommend to any family and will return.

Comfortable, clean condo with wonderful beach views

We really enjoyed our stay July 15-22. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed. The beach was wonderful and the included beach chair rental was a plus! The owner was very responsive with questions we had. I would definitely recommend this condo for your PCB vacation!

We liked the layout of the condo and the calm colors and beautiful deco. Everything we needed in the kitchen and spacious patio with enough chairs for all 6 of us. The only drawback would be the elevators,which were busy at certain times but full elevators led us to friendly conversation with the other occupants!
