Inside, the bright living area features a new queen sleeper sofa and a new dinette table with chairs, creating a comfortable space to lounge or enjoy meals together. Stay connected and entertained with high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen HD cable TV, and a smart DVD player.

The compact kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped with a smooth-top stove, microwave, refrigerator, and drip coffeemaker, along with plates, glasses, cookware, and utensils—perfect for easy vacation meals. The bedroom offers a restful retreat with a king-size bed, a flat-screen HD cable TV, and a peek at the Intracoastal Waterway. Fresh linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

The views in this condo are incredible! Loved the easy access to the ocean. Our balcony was right over the pool area. Remodeled bathroom with nice shower. In the future you may want to look into putting a heat source in the bedroom. We used their stand up fan to push heat from the living area to the bedroom. Bed was comfortable and king sized.

Needs to be updated. Hard to open balcony door and hard to turn on water in the shower. Couldn't keep bathroom door shut--no lock or handle. Couch was worn. Large gap between the floor and exit door--cold air was coming in the room. Towels were stained from previous use.

Great location!

This was a perfect spot for me, my teenage daughter, and her friend. It’s not a big place, but it was so so close to the pool and the beach. Clean and nice and sofa bed was comfortable.

Visit to St Augustine Area

Nice clean property with great access to the beach and a lovely pool. Away from the crowds of Saint Augustine, but not alone drive to get there. My kind of vacation site. Low-key and off the busy popular spots.

Quick beach get-away

We're St Augustine residents, but it's nice to get a place with easy access to the beach now and then. I found this condo to be exactly as described and it fit our needs perfectly. I was surprised that the bed was a large queen and it was totally quiet at night. All in all we enjoyed our stay. The beach access was great and we slept well. Can't ask for much more. We'll definitely stay here in the future. There's a fairly new restaurant / bar across the street (Fusion904). Food was pretty good and the bar had a good older crowd that we enjoyed.

Shower water was cold. Also the fact you only get two rolls of toilet paper is absurd. Nice beach access. No dishwasher was misleading but we survived.

Cresent Beach Condo

The Condo was clean and the view was great. Check in was easy and Derek was great. The only problem we had was with the TV's the living room didn't work and the bedroom one would not stay on line so we were without a working TV from our arrival Saturday until Monday night which made it very difficult to watch the Superbowl. Derek did buy a new TV for the living room and installed it Monday night. He said he would make it right. Overall a great stay and would come back again! Thanks, Mike and Ronda

All was great but check in because he didn’t tell us that the packet was at a different location. He said it was at a box but he didn’t say that the box was off the property.
