This OCEANFRONT end unit set on the south end of the complex on one of Florida’s most beautiful wide sandy beaches, Crescent Beach. Attention to detail was taken in this contemporary coastal theme, with all the comforts needed for a short or longer stay.
Enjoy incredible sunrises while enjoying everything that the Nations oldest city offers.
An oversized OCEANFRONT saline pool awaits to cool off after spending time on the beach. Pool is heated to 82 degrees in cooler months.

Sunrise/Sunset Paradise

Cute little spot oceanfront with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The property is well kept. Stairs to get down to the beach might be a bit much for some.

Location as promised

Is what is advertised, nothing more nothing less. Would like to see basic necessities that should come with a vacation rental (ie. Shampoo, olive oil, basic spices).

Good but not great.

The condo was very clean. Excellent oceanfront view. Some things were misrepresented and some minor problems. Not enough to call about but items that should be addressed. Refrigerator door handle loose, bathroom sink stopper not working, no parking pass.

Very Clean Small Condo

i appreciated the cleanliness of the condo and prompt attention to our lack of hot water. The walk-in shower was nice & big enough for my shower chair but a Shower/ handicap bar would have been convenient. The mattress seemed a bit worn or needed a box spring beneath, to prevent it sinking. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony!

Great quiet getaway

Such a nice little spot for a peaceful getaway. View of the pool and beach was perfect. Me and my husband really enjoyed it. We would definitely stay again. Room was clean and comfortable.

CRESCENT BEACH

Overall, everything was good. As it is an older property, updates are needed and some are being done now on outside of building. As for the condo, things have been nicely updated and is fairly comfortable. Lanai and living room privacy can be an issue when pool is open as unit is located directly over it, but the sunrise/water view is spectacular! Bedroom is decent size with ample space in closet to hang items and a two-drawer nightstand for storage. Kitchen area was nicely stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, coffee pot, etc. It was nice to have full size fridge and microwave, and dishwasher is definite plus. Ice is provided by the complex ice machine located on 3rd floor. The bathroom is small, but the shower is wonderful. Owner provided four sets of towels, coin washer/dryer is located by the elevator. FYI: We did have to buy beach chairs and an umbrella as they are not provided.

Total Bliss

This unit is a hidden gem! True ocean front, wonderful breeze, clean and quiet. The condo is well appointed, simple and comfortable. The owner is professional, kind, and quite responsive. I was truly impressed with the way Chris went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The bed is soft and comfy, and the rain shower is a great added touch. I will be back!

Tidy Condo with a View

This condo was tidy with a great view of ocean! Decorations look just like in the photos. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the patio and the short walk to the beach. Only 20 minutes to all the downtown attractions. The only thing that would have made this condo better was a more comfortable bed. Otherwise we loved it!

Very clean property and good location. Neighbors were loud upstairs and bed wasn’t the most comfortable. But would stay again.

Wonderful Stay

This condo was very nice, clean, and cozy. It's updated and decorated very cute. The beach view was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay. I really teetered on giving a five and I would have but there were things missing. The water in the shower did not get hot enough and the fridge would not get our drinks cold and they're was no oven. We're not big on microwaved food. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and because the fridge did not get cold enough we couldn't drink our champagne. Other than that, this is a very nice property. We would definitely stay again.

Serene getaway

This place was just what we needed for a quick 3 day getaway! Easy access to the beach, food, stores, fully equipped, and great views. We enjoyed long walks on the beach and had plenty of space in the condo for the two of us. Thanks so much!

Great Beach

Great vacation, very nice property, small, but nicely done. Had problems with door lock malfunctioning at times, but worked through the problems. Great place to vacation for all.

Great beach

Property was exactly as advertised. The view was great from the balcony, both of the beach and the pool. Property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of dining options nearby, including South Beach Grill right next door. The beach was outstanding; wide with soft sand. You can walk for miles on this pet-friendly beach, or drive your vehicle as well.

Closest beach to UF.

Hubbby and I attended our granddaughters UF graduation and wanted to also have a few days to relax at the beach. Beachers Lodge was reasonably priced and closest to Gainesville. The retro 50’s exterior shouldn’t fool you. The unit interior was Palm Beach chic. Morning sunrise over the pool, overlooks direct oceanfront off the private balcony. Wide expanse of sugar soft sandy beach. Surrounding the condo project are private single family detached custom homes. This makes for very private use of the beach. I especially enjoyed that. The heated pool, BBQ grills full sized frig, kitchen equipment and beach chairs were thoughtfully provided. The unit is close to Historic Saint Augustine and all it’s amenities. Thank you very much. Beautiful view, beautiful beach, plenty of good restaurants nearby!

The property is well maintain. It has a simply wonderful view of the ocean and pool. The condo is small and does not have much storage space for clothes, but it is clean and cute. I would definitely vacation there again.
