This OCEANFRONT end unit set on the south end of the complex on one of Florida’s most beautiful wide sandy beaches, Crescent Beach. Attention to detail was taken in this contemporary coastal theme, with all the comforts needed for a short or longer stay.
Enjoy incredible sunrises while enjoying everything that the Nations oldest city offers.
An oversized OCEANFRONT saline pool awaits to cool off after spending time on the beach. Pool is heated to 82 degrees in cooler months.

Great spot

The condo was clean and exactly what we needed. Perfect size for my husband and I, short walk to the beautiful and expansive beach. Close to downtown St. Augustine. Enjoyed our stay!

The condo was just as pictured! The sunrise ocean view from the balcony was spectacular! Our stay was short and we didn’t get to use the pool however it was nice and clean. Our host was very responsive and didn't have a ridiculous set of checkout rules.I can't wait to come back!!

We selected this place because of the beach access as well as ease to get to/from the property. We weren't disappointed. From the Room to the ocean took 3 minutes. The pool was heated, which was nice (in Nov). The room had a coffee maker, stove top, and a microwave along with cooking & eating materials. This was exactly what we wanted.

Great quiet getaway

Such a nice little spot for a peaceful getaway. View of the pool and beach was perfect. Me and my husband really enjoyed it. We would definitely stay again. Room was clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed the amenities of the property, the pool, and beachfront access.

The condo is well equipped, well stocked, and beautifully decorated for a lovely seaside retreat. We had a very relaxing weekend and enjoyed the sunrise from the balcony. This is our second stay at Chris's condo's; perfect get away for me and my hubby.

Cute little spot oceanfront with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. The property is well kept. Stairs to get down to the beach might be a bit much for some.

Great beach

Property was exactly as advertised. The view was great from the balcony, both of the beach and the pool. Property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of dining options nearby, including South Beach Grill right next door. The beach was outstanding; wide with soft sand. You can walk for miles on this pet-friendly beach, or drive your vehicle as well.

Beautiful well equipped condo close to St Augustine

Condo was very clean with updated finishes. The amenities were great and we did not want for anything.. The owner, Chris, was always very responsive to questions and needs. It is a short drive to St Augustine proper but in an area with several good restaurants and beautiful beachfront.

We had a wonderful time. Would absolutey stay here again. PRO: Small but big enough for two. Beautiful beach view. Nice decor. CON: Floor needs a good cleaning, soles of feet are black if you walk around barefoot.

Tidy Condo with a View

This condo was tidy with a great view of ocean! Decorations look just like in the photos. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the patio and the short walk to the beach. Only 20 minutes to all the downtown attractions. The only thing that would have made this condo better was a more comfortable bed. Otherwise we loved it!

Location as promised

Is what is advertised, nothing more nothing less. Would like to see basic necessities that should come with a vacation rental (ie. Shampoo, olive oil, basic spices).

This place was extremely clean, well stocked, The most beautiful view from the balcony, The swimming pool was warm and inviting. We totally enjoyed our stay. Very Clean Small Condo

i appreciated the cleanliness of the condo and prompt attention to our lack of hot water. The walk-in shower was nice & big enough for my shower chair but a Shower/ handicap bar would have been convenient. The mattress seemed a bit worn or needed a box spring beneath, to prevent it sinking. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony!

Good but not great.

The condo was very clean. Excellent oceanfront view. Some things were misrepresented and some minor problems. Not enough to call about but items that should be addressed. Refrigerator door handle loose, bathroom sink stopper not working, no parking pass.

Great Stay - Close enough, but away from the crowd

Great privacy on Crescent Beach. (Don't tell anyone) Nicely heated pool. Just enough room for a family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) for a few days. The condo was clean and nicely updated, including appliances. Wish we could have had an oven after we bought frozen pizzas, but that was out fault for not checking. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper and no toiletries - maybe not required, but for the price, probably should be included. The condo is far enough away from the busiest traffic of St. Augustine, but close enough to see the sights. We also love going to the Flagler Beach area, and eating at the Funky Pelican. Thanks for the great review! There is a convection oven in the unit, I wish you would have called us and we could have told you that, they are great! We supply just enough toilet paper, paper towels and soaps to get you started and don’t provide enough for long stays. Thanks again!

CRESCENT BEACH

Overall, everything was good. As it is an older property, updates are needed and some are being done now on outside of building. As for the condo, things have been nicely updated and is fairly comfortable. Lanai and living room privacy can be an issue when pool is open as unit is located directly over it, but the sunrise/water view is spectacular! Bedroom is decent size with ample space in closet to hang items and a two-drawer nightstand for storage. Kitchen area was nicely stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, coffee pot, etc. It was nice to have full size fridge and microwave, and dishwasher is definite plus. Ice is provided by the complex ice machine located on 3rd floor. The bathroom is small, but the shower is wonderful. Owner provided four sets of towels, coin washer/dryer is located by the elevator. FYI: We did have to buy beach chairs and an umbrella as they are not provided.

Also, we supply two beach towels and two beach chairs. People are more than welcome to purchase or bring their own chairs or umbrellas ect. if the ones we provide are not sufficient. Total Bliss

This unit is a hidden gem! True ocean front, wonderful breeze, clean and quiet. The condo is well appointed, simple and comfortable. The owner is professional, kind, and quite responsive. I was truly impressed with the way Chris went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. The bed is soft and comfy, and the rain shower is a great added touch. I will be back!
