Top of the line town home. Very comfortable and immaculate. Close walking distance to Maddox Blvd. and shopping. Bedroom suite with deck and back deck. Please ask about our cancelation policy. 60 day cancellation prior to occupancy date (100% refund minus processing fee, travel insurance and credit card fee's).

Bed Sizes: 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Queen Sleep Sofa.

Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely week vacation in this perfectly sized condo, The upstairs did get a little stuffy on the hot days but overall nice accommodations. Lots of games and comfortable living room. Loved the little patio out back to clean your feet off, hang your towels and secure your rental bikes at night. Great location and walking distance to bike rental, shopping and restaurants.

Overall, a pretty good stay....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was clean, modern and nicely furnished. Had ample plates, silverware, pots and pans, etc., and some cooking spices. It was also nicely decorated. The only issue I had is that the rooms upstairs remained a bit warm despite the air conditioner being on. My wife checked the air filter in the A/C unit and saw it was dirty, so she replaced it and left a few extras for the next renters. It seemed to help a bit with the warmth upstairs, but not entirely. For this reason, I am giving four stars.
