Belmont Lodge Over Garage-Spacious w/Home Theater

A quick flight of stairs, takes you to your warm, spacious and cozy living quarters/suite complete with 1bathroom, spacious open den w/ matching leather sleeper loveseats, kitchenette, home theater w/65” smart TV, dining area, and cozy alcove with FULL size memory foam mattress. Depending on the weather, you can cozy up to the gas fireplace! While it is spacious, we limit guests to 2 adults —best suited for well acquainted friends due to shower openness! NOTE: we have a guest apartment (private & separate) below the LodgeOverGarage so please be respectful of quite (11p) time and noise in general.

The space
Our Guest Suite is a wonderful, spacious, Lodge-like living quarters over our attached Garage at the back of our house and with its own private entrance (we live here year round). To access the area, you will walk up a flight of stairs. This unique space has just about everything you need to settle in and stay a while. Note the full size bed is within an alcove that is small. While it is an overall spacious guest suite, we ask that guests be limited to 2 quaint friends d/t openness of shower. Must be 24 years or older in order to book. Please limit car to one and park on the curb in front of our home. NO PETS, NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING WHATSOEVER of ANYTHING! For safety/security of our family, guests and property, we have a blink doorbell/camera at OUR front door only as well as 4 outdoor blink cameras. 1 is @front of our house, 1 is down the driveway(in tree), 1 is also a flood light by trash can area, 1 on side house facing woods/our personal firepit.

Other things to note
Must be at least 24 years old old to book. We do have a sweet senior kitty (who does not access the Guest suite,) as well as a sweet indoors only pup. Since we live on the premises, we do ask guests to be respectful of our space regarding noise and 11p quite time.ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING AT ANYTIME, NO PETS, NO PARTIEs and no unauthorized guests And please limit to one car and park on the curb in front of our home.

Such a beautiful cozy place to stay. The inside was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Love the media room. The outdoor space was spectacular.!!! It was a great find. I took my daughter and several other people over to see the place and they all were amazed at just how beautiful it was highly recommended.

The property manager was amazing! She was quick to respond when messaged and checked in with me daily to make sure we had everything we needed. The Lodge was so relaxing and we enjoyed the theater room so much! The location was amazing and convenient to all our plans!

Enjoyable stay at the Belmont Lodge!

Stayed here wile in town for work. Perfect place for the working adult or vacationing couple. Very well outfitted, comfortable and quiet. Will stay here again in the future.

Cozy and comfortable

Great location to spend the day at the Whitewater Center. The place was very cozy and comfortable. Good communication with the host. Loved the fireplace and enjoyed dinner and beers in downtown Belmont. I would definitely stay again!

The location was great, and the host was very kind and accommodating. The neighborhood was convenient to shops and restaurants, and it was just a short drive to downtown Charlotte. The unit itself was adorable and cozy.However, I wish I had known ahead of time that there were down pillows in the unit, as I’m allergic. There was also a noticeable presence of cats on the property near the top floor entrance. Additionally, the unit isn’t soundproof — we could clearly hear conversations and activity from the unit below.

Super cozy

Super cozy!! Love everything about this place. The outdoor space felt like we were sitting in a Home and Garden photo set, especially at night with all the outdoor lighting, Absolutely fabulous!! The home theatre was fantastic. They even provided popcorn for the popcorn machine. Wish we had booked the place for longer. We're already planning another trip and plan to stay an extra day but with no outings planned so we can just enjoy this place the entire day.

Very unique and adorable

We didn't get to enjoy the property as much as I wish we could have due to our plans. It was super cute and comfortable. Highly recommend for a quick over night or a couple days stay.

Fantastic Rental

This is my second time staying here and it did not disappoint! It’s clean and comfortable and centrally located. Everything is updated. The host is so nice and so easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this listing.

Cozy and well-appointed!

We stopped here because we were going to a wedding in the area and were very pleased! It’s so nicely decorated like a forest lodge, with wood paneling and a large stone (gas) fireplace. Such a great amenity on a rainy weekend like this one! Large theatre room, fire ring, tidy little kitchenette. The host was very kind as well! Will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.
