Very responsive host. We got in after dark and were having some trouble with the key pad. He was very attentive (talking to us through the ring doorbell) and ended up opening the door for us (weary traveler user error).

Review

We were able to check in a little bit early, which was very accommodating. Not quite enough hot water for four people to have showers and a short time frame we could never get the Wi-Fi to work. The location was very good for the purposes of our visit to Belmont. The owner/property manager was very prompt with responses each time we reached out. The neighbors that we spoke with over the course of the weekend were all very nice.

It was adequate for sleeping arrangements, but other than that not overly impressed. Owner was unaware that the property was reserved so the door code we were emailed was useless and had to help him find our reservation. The house was in general clean, but lived i .

Listing and photos were accurate, the property is fully equipped and renovated inside, it met or exceeded our expectations as we looked for a quiet little place to accommodate us with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (actually reminded me of my grandmother's house), house was very clean, downtown Belmont is short drive away, a riverside park is short walk away, check in was easy - received the code within minutes of completing registration, barely saw any neighbors but those we did seemed friendly and waved/said hello, price was good compared to other listings and hotels near by, bathroom space was a little tight but that's to be expected with an older home.I have seen other posts having difficulty with wifi. I was able connect and actually had good speed. Tip: there are no capital letters in the password.

Cozy house in quiet, safe neighborhood

A friend and I travelled to Belmont to attend my daughter’s wedding. I was very anxious, as we were 2 60’s years + women, traveling alone. There are no pictures of the house on the VBro listing. I found a cute remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath home on a one way street in quiet neighborhood. Belmont is a quaint town. This house had all of the amenities to make the house comfortable. I had difficulties getting into the house, but when I reached the host, he corrected this immediately, via remote. I couldn’t access the WiFI, but was so busy enjoying the area & family, I didn’t need it. I would stay at this place again.
