Branson Oasis (entire home)

NEW CONSTRUCTION - coveted Branson Cove. The most ideal Branson vacation destination location available. Closest lake front property to world renowned big cedar golf courses, including Tiger Woods’ only publicly available course in the US, Payne's Valley. Minutes from "Branson Landing", Silver Dollar City, 200 yards away from the entrance to the State Park Marina. Within 15 minutes of every major Branson amenity or destination and lake views!

5 bedroom suites, all with their own full bathroom. Kings in four of the rooms and a bunk room with a queen and 3 XL twins. Top bunks are not suitable for very young kids. Daybed with trundle in one of the king rooms. Main living with large sectional and beautiful gas fireplace. Upstairs living has wet bar, pull out couch with memory foam mattress, and walks out to lake view upper deck. All new construction, large smart TVs in every room and Branson Cove amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, splash pad, park and trail to water.

Indoor pool for all year round swimming option. Playground, pickle ball courts and fireside common space will all be fully constructed by 2023

Home will be handicap accessible with front door on the same grade as the street. Bedroom 2 on main floor has wider doors and and walk in shower with rails.

We include a few box fans at the house and recommend a sound machine for small children.

We really enjoyed this property. The house is beautiful, the pool is literally right out the back door, and the location is great. The owner was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

As Advertised- Great for Golfers

Girls Trip

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and the location is perfect! Two nice pools, close to State Park Marina and great lake access. House kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Communication with Kyle was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Way to celebrate our Anniversary!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lots to do and see. The property was great with plenty of room for all of us. It was hot and the pool was refreshing. It got a little crowded by the weekend, so maybe another out door pool would be nice.

Beautiful cabin

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient and close to the lake and the landing in Branson. The home was beautifully decorated and we had plenty of space. Kyle was great to work with and we can’t wait to come back again.

Perfect for family gathering

We had my parents (elderly) and four siblings & spouses (all grown). The house was open with plenty of space to move around, plus each of the five bedrooms provided privacy and a private bathroom. The house was so clean and supplied with the essentials. Loved the 10 person kitchen table! Also, received detailed info about the house before we arrived, which all the families appreciated! We will absolutely have future family weekends here.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful week at this property! Kyle was so responsive & the home was wonderful for our family to stay! The State Park Marina was a 2 minute drive & Branson was a short 15 min trip. Perfect location

We loved this home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We like to be away from the “hustle and bustle” and enjoyed being close to Table Rock Lake and just a short drive into Branson for other fun activities. The house was well furnished with lots of space for our large group. Having both pools for the summertime was amazing!

Branson weekend

The home was beautiful. We loved the fact that every bedroom had a full bath. Location was also great. About 15 minutes from everything, right next door to Table Rock marina, which had a nice little cafe/coffee shop and they also rent pontons, jet skis, kayaks, etc. The beach and Branson Belle dinner cruise within a couple miles. It was all very nice. Neighborhood was extremely busy but the pros outweighed the cons by a long shot. Thanks for the stay!

Great stay!

This house is great! There is enough room for the whole family! Communication with the Kyle was great! He was quick to respond to all my questions and gave us great information both before and during the stay. The kids loved the indoor pool and it was right behind the condo which was very nice in the cold. The oven took a bit to preheat but that may be due to the elevation. There is very little I can think of that we would change about the house. It is wonderful!!!

Great new build & subdivision

We had a group of 11 people and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out & we easily had room for more people. This is a great place for a group or large family. The new home was beautiful and had some great amenities: pool towels, outdoor games, outdoor patio lights & furniture, a fun bubble hockey table , & lots of tv's throughout the home. Every bed was really comfortable and There are lots of bathrooms in the home. There obviously construction still happening in the subdivision, and I'm sure it will continue to grow into a really great subdivision when it's all completed. The recently completed pool was really nice & The property is so close to Table Rock state park & the marina. Kyle was a fantastic host and accommodated us very well. He did such a great job communicating with us prior to the trip. You can tell he really cares about his property and making sure his guests have a positive experience.

We had been looking for years for a rental property that was lake front and near all of Branson's amenities. This location does that and the community will have wonderful on site amenities in a nightly rental community. Indoor and outdoor pools (completion Winter '22 for indoor, Spring '21 for outdoor), splash pad (completion date TBD) and a lakeside park (completion date TBD) are all part of the community property.

We encourage all renters, long and short stay, young and old, family or solo travelers, to feel at home in our home.
