AMAZING Lakeview, Private Putting Green, Hot Tub, Pools, Pool Table, Pickleball
Welcome to Carpe Diem! We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a comfortable stay. The house is close to Chateau Mountain amenities - indoor/outdoor pool, pickleball court, basketball court, and playground.
The house is equipped with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. 5 attached bedroom/bathrooms and a custom-built bunk room with a bathroom right outside the door. This is one of our three 6 bedrooms side by side and we had the first pick of lots, so the lakeview is amazing along with the custom plan with upper-level rec room with breathtaking views.
The main level deck has seating, a hot tub, fire pit, and a grill. The living area has a fireplace and 65” TV. The kitchen has island with seating for 3, and dining area has a dining table that seats 10 and granite bar that seats 6 with a large window overlooking lake. The outdoor area has patio with seating, private hot tub, private putting green. There's also a privacy fence on each side of the property.
The upper level has an amazing sports theme rec room with a pool table, multicade, 86” TV. The upper level leads to another deck with lake views and seating. Plenty of parking out front and close to community amenities.
Bedroom layouts are as follows:
Main Level - (2) King Bedrooms with attached bathroom
Upper Level - (2) King Bedrooms with attached bathroom, (1) Bedroom with 2 Queens and attached bathroom (Jack n Jill bathroom shared with one of the king bedrooms, (1) Bedroom with Custom bunk w/full over Queen.
NO SLEEPER SOFAS
All bedrooms have smart TVs
The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, along with supplying toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo conditioner, hand soap, laundry soap, and coffee. Book with confidence! I provide great customer service, as noted in reviews of my other properties.
Conveniently located close to Branson Strip and all major Branson attractions. This house can be rented with the two homes next door - Mi Casa Su Casa and Carpe Diem to sleep a total of 48

My husband and I along with our 3 kids love to travel, outdoor adventures, and golfing. We came to Branson many years ago and enjoy all the many activities including the lake, hiking, shopping, and shows. We purchased our first home in 2016 and now I manage various lodges in the Branson area. I love to provide five star stays and want to make sure you want for nothing while enjoying some of the best accommodations. I also love to give great area recommendations!
