Welcome to Carpe Diem! We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a comfortable stay. The house is close to Chateau Mountain amenities - indoor/outdoor pool, pickleball court, basketball court, and playground.

The house is equipped with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. 5 ensuite bedroom/bathrooms and a custom-built bunk room with a bathroom right outside the door. This is one of our three 6 bedrooms side by side and we had the first pick of lots, so the lakeview is amazing along with the custom plan with upper-level rec room with breathtaking views.

The main level deck has seating, a hot tub, fire pit, and a grill. The living area has a fireplace and 65” TV. The kitchen has island with seating for 3, and dining area has a dining table that seats 10 and granite bar that seats 6 with a large window overlooking lake. The outdoor area has patio with seating, private hot tub, private putting green. There's also a privacy fence on each side of the property.

The upper level has an amazing sports theme rec room with a pool table, multicade, 86” TV. The upper level leads to another deck with lake views and seating. Plenty of parking out front and close to community amenities.
