This was our second time staying here. Were very satisfied both times. The Gasts are super nice and very accommodating. One plus about the house is the fact it is directly across the street from the pool. My wife likes the way Mrs. Gast decorates the inside according to the season. Would definitely recommend this location.

We loved it!

This house was perfect for our needs. The boys had the bottom. Girls had the top. The pool was right there for the teens to enjoy. There was plenty of room for us to all be together, make dinner, eat together, watch tv & just hang out. They provided so much more than the bare minimum that you find at many houses. Do be careful of your GPS trying to lead you astray. Getting your vehicle up that hill may prove to be more than interesting! But it was the perfect location. Quiet. Quick trip to grocery stores & sites. You will love it! & the host was amazing! She was reaching out to me to make sure everything was good. You don't get that often from hosts!

Great place.

We got this house and the house next door. This was a great house and I would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood was great and it was so nice to be able to use the pool and clubhouse. It was close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg along with easy access to the Smoky Mountains. The hosts were very responsive to any questions.

Pure comfort

This was once again the perfect rental for our needs. It is always clean, linenes and towels provided which releives some packing stress. And the Christmas decorations were so lovely. Husband and Wife get away!!

Girl’s Weekend

We stayed for our annual girls weekend and had a very relaxing time. The pool was so convenient! We walked the safe neighborhood every single morning. The views are spectacular. We also enjoyed going out to dinner each evening. The house was perfect for our stay! Sylvia was a wonderful hostess. She checked in with us several times and provided great feedback. Perfect!

We stayed at this property last year for a week and had such a wonderful experience that we decided to stay again this year. Our trip was wonderful yet again. There were 8 of us with ages ranging from 1 to 74. We all had plenty of space and were perfectly comfortable. Art & Sylvia responded quickly to any questions we had. Amazing Home/Experience.

This was by far the most beautiful Vrbo property that we’ve visited! The customer service from the property owner was superb! She checked in with us often to be sure we weren’t in need of anything. Very friendly and made our experience personable. They provided all of your household needs and plus some! The beds were Very comfortable and clean. I would definitely book this property ten times over again! We accidentally left some pictures in the home and the owner went out of her way to mail them to us! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. There is nothing that I would change about booking this property. 10/10!!!!

My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously! The house was exactly as described. The location was away from the holiday hustle and bustle but not too far to travel for shopping and dining. Mrs. Sylvia kept in touch and made sure we had everything we needed. She was awesome! Definitely would recommend as a relaxing getaway when in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg Tennessee!

Perfect Spot

This property was the perfect distance from all we wanted to do in the area. Close enough that we weren't traveling too much yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. The evenings were beautiful and quiet. Our host was very helpful when we had questions about anything. We would definitely choose to stay here if we plan to visit the area again.

Great Home and Location

The home is much bigger on the inside than it appears. We had 8 people stay, with lots of room. Directly across from the pool and clubhouse. The community was very welcoming of VRBO visitors. The location is convenient to Dollywood and other sites. Downtown Sevierville has a wonderful park with tennis, pickleball and a great swim/waterpark. The owners checked in periodically, by text. They were very accommodating. When we stayed they made sure there were plenty of supplies for laundry and washing. A great stay.

Just what we needed!

This property was just what our family of 4 needed! We appreciate a super clean rental and it was just that! We stayed on the top half of the rental and had plenty of space and comforts. The location was beautiful and away from the hustle and bustle of the areas many tourist attractions, yet still close enough for a quick run to the store. Although we were very active drove many miles each day doing a variety of different activities, we always looked forward to returning to this lovely house! Each evening our two boys would end their day in the pool or bike ride around the safe neighborhood! We felt like it was our own home, seemed to have the pool to ourselves often and enjoyed meeting some of the friendly neighbors on walks! Hats off to Sylvia and Art for excellent communication and help when we had questions! We already miss this place!

Hi! We are Art and Sylvia Gast. We recently retired and fell in love with east Tennessee, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Sevierville, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. After living in Georgia for 33 years, we sold our 1893 Victorian home in Royston, Georgia that we lived in for 20 years after our four children grew up, got married and graduated from college. After looking for a year, we found our beautiful lakeside home, the Sanctuary, and closed on it end of November, 2020.

We have discovered a new passion in hiking! The thing we love most about hiking in the Smokies is the beauty of the four seasons. Not to mention the gorgeous scenery and the benefits of fresh air, sunshine and exercise!
