We had a great stay at this cabin. We wanted something close to the convention center and it was very convenient. The cabin was clean, beds were comfy, pool was great. Hot tub worked great. The owner was very responsive and was easy to communicate with. Loved how well stocked the cabin was-even included shampoo, conditioner, all you would need in the kitchen as well. We will be back!

The waterfall in the pool didn’t work and the hot tub was dirty and the ac thermostat was broken had to wait a couple hours to get that fixed and the ceiling fan in the living room was missing a blade so we couldn’t use it

Overall our stay was wonderful, but we did have a few issues with the home. The thermostat didn’t work so we couldn’t change the heat/air up or down, the waterfall for the pool wouldn’t work on the indoor pool and the indoor pool was also freezing like it had no heaters… I would 100% stay here again I just wish they would update a few of these issues.

The cabin was great, and the kids enjoyed all the amenities. Unfortunately, the waterfall did not work, and we were not told that until we discovered it and brought it to their attention. After playing around with several of the switches, they finally looked at the status of the waterfall and told us sorry, the waterfall was not working. The dishwasher was a very poor quality, and when we got there, there were pieces of soggy bread at the bottom of the dishwasher which I had to clean out. The dishwasher filter was absolutely disgusting and we told them about it. We also had to take a picture of it for the staff because they were not aware. The Wi-Fi was also terrible. It was so bad, that we just disconnected our personal devices because the Wi-Fi would not allow them to serve the Internet.Luckily, we really only stayed at the cabin the first day and then only came back at night to sleep. We spent our day enjoying the community and everything that I had to offer instead of the cabin.

Great cabin for the whole family

This cabin was just as advertised, was clean and comfortable for our large family of 11. The kids could all play downstairs while the adults were upstairs. The pool downsatirs was just large enough for all the kids to play in without being on top of each other, and the community pool was large enough to accommodate everyone with ample room. Mostly it was awesome. TV service was sooo confusing. The indoor pool should have been heated. Otherwise the stay was a 4 star stay. We enjoyed being together so much
